価格としては安くはないですが、その価値があるホテルです。従業員も英語が堪能で、部屋もとても綺麗です。朝食も種類は少ないですが、これは南米のスタイルであり、味は間違いなかったです。 近くに美味しい日本食もあるため、気分転換に日本食が食べたくなった際も安心です。 中央市場にも歩いて行ける距離にあり、立地も良いです。

My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. They provide old fashioned Service that is very personal and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and no request is too trivial. I wish I could name all the kind people who made our stay so lovely. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great vantage point to see the city. Everyone on the staff speaks excellent English and very graciously allowed us to practice our Spanish as well. We can't wait to return!

First and foremost the staff are very welcoming and most helpful. They are at the heart of the hotels wonderful ambiance. The property has a prime location next to a beautiful park and a lively neighborhood full with great restaurants. It’s within walking distance to museums, plaza de armas, the presidential palace among others. We highly recommend this hotel.

In general, room was comfortable and staff were very helpful. However, room insulation was not great and noise from the other guests when they were talking while in the corridor can be heard. The room feels tired and in need of a renovation, and the air conditioning is extremely loud. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing - it was alacarte but with few options and the quality was not always great. Overall, it is a solid option, but at the price point and the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, it was a bit underwhelming.

From the moment we checked in, we received a warm welcome and five star service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. Quiet room with comfortable beds. We utilized the gym and the spa; small but had all the equipment for a nice work out. Complementary breakfast was varied and very good. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace dining with a great view over the city. We were kindly allowed a late check out to accommodate our evening flight from the airport.

Awesome small hotel in a great neighborhood full of many dining options. The only suggestion I have is to add cleaning wipes/rags in the gym.

Nice Hotel, you are paying for location. The room we were in was ok. The carpets looked a little dirty. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was just expecting the rooms to be a little nicer is all.

The hotel was sublime. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Very quiet noise-wise. But the best thing was the staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way. We will definitely return to Chile because of our wonderful experience and make sure that we’ll stay here in Santiago or at the Singular in Patagonia. Thank you for everything, Singular team!!

Gostamos de viajar e faço escolha por hotéis bem avaliados, mas no caso do Singular mesmo sabendo da boa reputação, fomos surpreendidos por uma atenção sem igual, do lanche para o passeio cedo, a preparação do café, tudo feito com pessoas felizes, eu fiquei com vontade de trabalhar no Singular para ter essa alegria. A mensagem que o hotel passa é que quem administra sabe o que está fazendo. O hotel é magnífico, impecável e muito agradável de se hospedar.

From the moment I arrived at The Singular, I knew I was in for something special. The attention to detail and level of service were truly unmatched. I didn’t have to touch a single door handle my entire stay! Every staff member anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. The rooms were elegant and perfectly maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel struck a perfect balance between luxury and warmth. The rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of Santiago, and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere — fresh, refined, and beautifully presented. My stay at The Singular was effortless from start to finish, and I left already planning my next visit. Greeted by wonderful staff who checked us in on arrival at 9am . Made such a difference. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Food was wonderful and they catered to altering meals for my difficult dietary requirements. Beautiful roof terrace

I consistently find my stay at this hotel in Santiago to be an enjoyable experience. It feels like a return to home, as I am familiar with many of the staff members. I particularly appreciate Felipe and Gary’s warm welcome both last year and this year. I eagerly anticipate returning with my family to Chile and continuing to stay at this exceptional hotel.

Staff was fabulous but there were some miscommunication. Mostly due to language barriers. The area is okay but I was warned of pick pockets etc often
