スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。お湯は出ないようです。

お湯が出なかったし、部屋に入ると髪の毛が落ちていたのできちんと掃除されていなかったし、隣で他の宿泊客が愛し合っていてそれが聞こえたし、トイレットペーパーもなかったし、受付係は予約とは違う間違った部屋を案内してくれた。

I booked this hotel for a very important reason and it's just few minutes away from my appointment place. I booked angkas and paid 52 pesos. So perfect! Btw, the hotel is very nice and very affordable! I would really recommend this to my friends. I paid 1,200+ only with breakfast. Wow just wow!

They gave me the kind of room I wanted. Staff were polite and helpful. Near legazpi sunday market. Love it. Thanks.

So far maayos at malinis ang room,di lang ganon ka kaluwang. Just happened na pinaghintay ako ng matagal para makapag hanap ng available room for me. So far yong room okay

First night of stay, phone is not working. Told the receptionist the next day but no action. Tried to call when checking out still pho e not working. No one even help me with my luggages when I checked out.

The rooms are small poor facilities.

Very disappointed. The room is not clean. There are so many tiny cockroaches roaming inside the restroom.

This accommodation is perfect for short trips like mine. Clean and quiet. The staffs are accommodating and surely recommend it to family and friends. 💪🏻

The facility is okay but the service is very inconvenient. They don't have 24 hours front office. Breakfast served late (supposed to be at 8am but served at 10:15). I came in to my room no towels, slippers and main switch was defective.

I was cancelled from my online training because Internet connection is Down at the moment in this hotel and cable connection on their television is also down.

Water dripping from ceiling electricity on and off.

This hotel is not hospitality! The linen the blanket and restroom are odors! And the TV has no channel!

The staff of this hotel weren't actually friendly and treated their customer like not a guest. I paid online my stayed this recent day. But the room that they give to give to me is not completed no hot shower and fridge I ask them to transfer me to another room they said there's no vacant! How come that this hotel becomes tolerant of their guest?! I just stay in this place because of a project job for my business!

This hotel has good accommodations, however the linen and blanket some odor in stinky! Seems they didn't change in regular. And I smell cigarette belches from the other room!

Stinky the linen and only 3 channel cable TV!. no HBO! So cost me what in paying for this hotel!

Bed need to be replace, cockroaches can be found.
