スタッフはとても親切で、快適に過ごせました。部屋は広くて快適でした。食事はまあまあでした。食事のバリエーションがもっと増えたらもっといいと思います。全体的にすべてが素晴らしかったです。また利用します。

部屋はかなり古いですが、それでも問題ないし、かなり清潔です。

- 冷蔵庫にビール（ゴミ）が入っていました。- リビングルームは清潔ではありませんでした。リビングルームの掃除は自分たちで行いました。- アパートの 1 つは午後 3 時までにチェックインの準備ができていませんでした。私たちは午後 5 時にチェックインしました。- リビングルームの 1 つにあるエアコンは冷えませんでした。- 初めてのお客様のチェックイン カウンターが見つかりません。

Tempat yang sangat menarik. Susana yang mendamaikan. tempat yang bersih dan staff yang mesra.

Isolated area. Furnitures are old. Very dark at night, far from city. Inconvenient. No room cleaning.

Penginapan sangat lengkap, bersih, kemas dan cantik.ada tempat masak dan tub mandi. saya bagi 5 bintang..tempat paling lengkap penginapan setakat ni di kota Kinabalu. semua staf juga ramah dan sopan. kami akan datang lagi ke sana

The first night I checked in around 11.30pm directly have no electricity and the second night have no electricity again around 5.30am and every electricity cut lasted for 3-4 hours, we can't sleep or even brush up. The good thing about the place is really on the beach side and Haikal is friendly. That 's why I give 2 star only.

Very long Q just to get pass the guard. Very expensive deposit, almost the same as the room price. Unnecessary rules (I. E. Need to wash and keep the dish clean), What is the function of your housekeepers. Swimming pool only 20 minutes.

We’ve extended our stay to one more day but unfortunately there was some internal miscommunications over the management’s side causing us 3 times disruption during our stay. What’s worse was when 1 of it was from one of the housekeepers who suddenly just entered our room using their own key. We explained to her regardless and thought that there’ll be no more problems until there’s another knock on our door around 10.30pm at night asking about our check out to which made us a bit furious and kind of worried to sleep back in case if there’s another knock soon. Other than that, there’s some water disruptions during our stay.

I'm satisfied to stay here for 1 night but I recommend you to put a big plastic bag in dustbin Because there's no plastic bag in dustbin

Easy check in, place still well maintained

I had great experience stayed here with family, Thank you so much for a beautiful and memorable trip... I would highly recommended it to everyone, You will no regrets 😍

Far from the main city and airport so it’s quite a boring place. But just for one night stay to enjoy the nature with beach is fine. The staff the should at least show us the place where our room located at since it is quite far and too many rooms and houses located further from the check-in house.

The hotel is perfect for holiday gateway.. The room is spacious and the bathroom are perfect. Will comeback again for another stay. 100% recommended. Unless the aircond at our living room is not functioning. The rest is perfect. Wake up in the morning with ocean view is beyond spectacular. Watching sunset at the beach with BFF are memorable. We are having our steamboat session at our house since food stalls are far away from the destinations. Prepare food for dinner if you are planning to enjoy your stay at the place during night.

We come again to celebrate our anniversary. The staff r friendly and helpful, the room was comfy as usual. The view is superb, got sauna and spacious bathtub inside the bathroom. Everything just nice and we r enjoy our staying here. Definitely will come again.
