The room is large and clean, the staff is very helpful during I stay.

Bagus sekali, pelayanan bagus, hotel bersih, tidak menyesal memilih hotelnya jeg mantap.

To make it simple, it doesn’t look like as it’s advertised. Dirty bedcover, dirty closet, no hospitality at all for a 4 stars rated hotel

View hotel bagus. Bisa liat laut. Hanya saja kebersihan kurang dijaga, lemari pakaian penuh debu. Tolong ditingkatkan kebersihannya. Kemudian lebih diperhatikan untuk customer yang sudah booking, kamar sebaiknya di keep. Utamakan pelayanan customer. Untuk karyawan, keramahan dan cara berinteraksi dengan customer kurang. Mohon ditingkatkan ya. Karena sayang loh. Hotel kalian bagus, semoga bermanfaat.

Before we booked, we read the reviews about this accommodation and could not understand the complains about the stairs. Just a couple of steps from the reception area and you reach the villa area already. The room is spacious. The cleanliness of the bathroom needs more attention though. We love the pool and the view to the beach. I understood that the villa is understaffed, that is why you have to order your breakfast and they will prepare it for you. The portion however can be increased. They could for instance ask the guests how many pancakes they want to have. All in all, we were satisfied. The staffs are very friendly. Ms. Ani even bought us the local Balinese snacks on our last day, she is very sweet :)

Keramah tamahan staffnya cukup membantu kita dalam menjelajahi lembongan dan nusa penida serta spot-spot snorkling. Sajian makanan juga relatif aman dan fresh serta room yang lumayan luas untuk kita istirahat ditambah kolam renang yang bersih dan dengan harga terjangkau 👍🏻

Receptionist tidak ada. Sore air nyala tapi asin rasanya. Pagi air tidak nyala,jadi tidak bisa mandi dan tidak bisa buang air. Remote tv rusak. Ac tidak dingin. Tempat tidur kotor. Sabun mandi tidak di kasih. Air mineral gak tersedia. Cleaning service masuk kamar tidak di ketok langsung buka pintu. Alat pemasak air panas tidak bisa dipake. Kolam renang kotor. Merasa rugi membayar dengan fasilitas seperti ini
