Todo muy bien. Solo recomendaría que avisaran a la gente lo que se puede pedir en el desayuno que viene incluido

Para empezar tarde 1 hora parado en una fila de unas 10 personas en hacer el registro, 3 personas en recepción y solo una atendiendo... sin estacionamiento disponible... busquele en la calle por ahí, no le pasa nada a su auto.. fue lo que me dijeron... las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado (al piso qué le sirven los aires ya esta ocupado de mijeron) cuando entramos a la habitación tenia un olor muy fuerte a cigarro y super caliente, las sábanas se miraban sucias, con marchitas de todo un poco, la alfombra tenia tantas manchas qué no se sabia bien de que color era... nos prestaron un ventilador que nos ofrecieron al hacer el registro... el más sucio y lleno de polvo qué he visto y se le caía todo lo del motor, hacia tanto ruido qué ni lo pudimos usar. No había más habitaciones disponibles y ya era algo tarde, veníamos viajando por carretera cansados y decidimos quedarnos.. cuando vi la opción un día antes en expidia pues se miraba bien el hotel.. Valla sorpresa. No le puse cero estrellas por que no me da la opción... Viajamos muy seguido a distintos lugares del país y nunca había visto un hotel tan pésimo como este.

First it was about 2hour wait to check in, then we were told that there was no AC in the room unless we pay an additional 800 pesos to get an AC room, yet there were no additional room available. The TV didn’t work and they ran out of TV controls or you get a control but you need to buy your own batteries. The bathroom was dirty and only two towels when I paid for 4 people. The continental breakfast didn’t include juice for the kids only coffee. We had to buy the orange juice separately. The breakfast was limited., You had to pay extra to get get your selection.

Huelen muy mal los cuartos a humedad sucios no hay aire acondicionado solo ventilador nos toco el piso 4 se miraban los pasillos como de miedo parece que nadamas el piso 6 tiene aire acondicionado muy mal las sabanas de las camas manchadas .

Check in took 2 hours, wasted half my day waiting in lobby terrible. Unorganized and also had to wait to check out. They waste peoples vacation time.

Waited over 3 hours to check in. Staff was rude. Rooms were old and dirty. No A/C. No hot water. Tv doesn’t work. Pool was green/dirty.

I didn’t like that the breakfast for 2 adults is included but if you have kids you have to pay for their breakfast so no kids don’t eat free

You get for what you pay

Hotel is at a great location but it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. There was no AC so it was super hot, the room was dirty? Bathroom didn’t work, staff was terrible. It was an overall horrible stay.

Old, foul-smelling room; broken or non-existent air conditioning; outdated furniture and fixtures; dirty floors and windows—it’s not worth the money. It took me three hours to check in and thirty minutes to check out. The breakfast was terrible; I wonder if that black liquid was even real coffee.

No me gustó nada. No vuelvo a ir. La puerta del cuarto no abría... la chapa viejísima. Una hora para hacer check-in. Pidieron depósito que no sabia que iban a pedir. El huevo malísimo muy salado. Alberca y alrededores super sucio.

Horrible stay, first room smelled like total sewage, then they gave us another room, and this room had no ac as they told us we would have, then the fan they put in the room helped nothing. We asked for certain things to help like an extension cord, due to only 1 outlet for the fan, and we got nothing and no response after 3 attempts of asking. Room service is a joke, as I contacted them everyday and no response, even when they put a menu inside, and we got nothing. My son got sick and I got sick from the fan blowing on us, and had no choice cause it was too hot. Slept only 3 hours each night. I don’t recommend this hotel whatsoever.

Be aware… AC. In this hotel is an option only half of the rooms have AC, i was there on a hot and muggy day and I couldn’t stay, I am trying to get a refund, but it is so hard dealing with text They didn’t have a option for me and I had to leave with my family without a plan B for hotel… it was very frustrating

Encontré esta opción porque contaba con alberca y desayuno incluido ya que veníamos a descansar con los niños, la verdad dejó mucho que desear. Desde que llegamos nos uno de los cuartos estaba con mucha agua en el piso porque el aire acondicionado no servía. Nos cambiaron de cuarto y no cuentan con aire acondicionado. La alberca no estaba limpia! El desayuno no me incluyó a los niños, yo renté dos cuartos dobles éramos 4 adultos y tres niños y solo nos proporcionaron el desayuno de los adultos, me dijeron que no también me incluía el de los niños y al llegar al restaurante me cobraron, tal ves deberían especificar! Algo que si me agradó es que el personal fue muy amable!
