Beware, no ac, uncontrolled sewage smell out of the bathroom. Remote without batteries and no one to help. The worse, made the Aveiro experience very badly for the whole family.

Raisonnablement propre. Corridor empeste toujours le cannabis. Murs défraichis. Seul avantage près des lieux à visiter.

Localização boa, porém o quarto não tem isolamento de som, barulho até as tantas da madrugada e no quarto ao lado também havia muito ruído de pessoas estrangeiras até a 1 e tal da manhã, uma experiência para não voltar a repetir.

A estadia foi boa! Um pequeno problema ao entrar pois não tinham enviado um número (diferente ao localizador da reserva!) que era necessário pra abrir a porta. Felizmente apareceu uma moça (que trabalhava ali) e conseguiu o número e conseguimos entrar. O quarto tinha tudo o básico e necessário para uma estadia prática! A localização é FABULOSA!!!!

No es Apartamento, es una habitación con baño. En el Hall tiene una nevera, microondas y una maquina de café que no usas. Y las fotos no se correspondieron con la realidad. Lo único que tiene una ubicación excelente.

Place is awful. The reality is totally different than pictures. Looks old and very bad maintained. Also very unclean. Forniture is in very bad shape. And there is no reception. They force you to load your details in a machine because the automatic scanner is also not working. Only good thing is location. Avoid this place unless very tight budget. I would give a good review if the pictures were representative. But they literally lie with the pictures.

A estadia é boa. porem tivemos problemas na entrada pq nao existe uma recepcao, e sim uma maquina onde pede algumas informacoes pra liberar o check in. E a hoteis.com nao nos forneceu o numero da reserva correto.entao ficamos por mais de meia hora tentando e nada . Ate que entramos em contato com a hoteis.com e o atendente foi tentendo ajudar com alguns numeros referentes a reserva. Foi ai entao que conseguimos entrar no hotel. O hotel deveria ter um contato que funcionasse( pq o contato que tinha la nao atedia)pra qualqwuer eventualidade. foi um estresse muito grande ,tarde da noite e com malas na mao, cansados de viagem.

This property is in a fabulous location. Parking is on the street or in a car park, but is easily walkable. The room we stayed in was a triple room with twin beds which worked well for our party. The room however, was musty and moldy on the walls. The private bath did not have vents and so occasionally there was a sewer smell coming from the shower. Overall, for the location you can’t beat the price.

The facilities are low quality just to look nice on the picture. Bad isolation of external weather and noise Just the bed and a tiny TV no place to put the staff or the luggage. Very bad user experience. Automatic check in was good, nice logo no investment in the room furniture or facilites. Just pretending

Well located but the room was not in the condition/renovated as the photos had shown when booking the room. No way of speaking to anyone if need something (like more pillows). No hot tub, room very poor condition.
