毎日の清掃は、助かりました。繁華街から少し距離がありますが、トロリーをうまく乗りこなせれば楽だと思います。

マイアミビーチ中心部から少し離れている。部屋は比較的広かったので場所だけかな。観光ならもう少し海側のほうがいい。小人数ではあまりコストがよくない。フロントの対応はフレンドリー

必要な設備も整っていて快適に滞在できた。 中心地からは少し距離が離れているが、許容範囲内。

新しい感じでとても清潔感があありました。キッチンも使いやすかったです。特に角部屋のファミリータイプの部屋は本当に住みたいくらい良かったですよ。

No parking at property; and pick up and drop off very limited a 3 spots. Hotel has one ice machine on first floor, but no ice buckets and only one very slow elevator. No pool or spa. Low flow toilets take a couple flushes. This is an older building that was renovated, nice rain drop showers. Priced accordingly and very conveniently located adjacent to Miami Convention Center for easy access especially on the humid Florida days.

No overhead light, just small lamps, refrigerator and kitchen table in a bedroom instead of an open space being that it’s a 2 bedroom, very inconvenient for other guest

Went to Miami with my bestie and enjoyed the clean room and accommodating customer service. Took the stairs and the wall art is entertaining for each floor. Great sense of humor 😄

Mooi appartement, schoon en veel ruimte. De service fee van 30 euro per dag is wel te hoog naar mijn mening. De bovenburen bouwden 2 nachten een feestje wat overlast gaf en eerder door het hotel opgepakt had moeten worden.

This property was clean and well cared for. Our room was very nice. It is within four blocks of the beach, so centrally located for that. It is quite far from restaurants, especially inexpensive restaurants, but we all enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was amazing. Hotel staff was super nice and very informative of the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and clean. 5-10 mins walking distance from the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely be back the next time we cruise out of Miami.

The really like the hotel is very quiet and very clean. There many options on dinning and the staff are very friendly and help fun. Very close to the beach and to other places

It was perfect for our group of 6. We didn't stay in the room much but It worked perfectly. Easy to walk everywhere.

I stay at this property every time I visit Miami. I love how close it is to walk to the beach, but also distant enough from the main attractions to gain peace.

Great location for shows at the convention center, easy walk to beach, nice to have small apt for longer stays.

This hotel is a great option if you are going to convention center in SoBe . Staff is kind , it has clean facilities, convenient rooms , etc. The only issue is the hassle of waiting the elevator and share it with all cleaning and service staff. It’s so dirty and takes a long in order to get it . They need another elevator !
