Electricity kept going off on the property only but overall it was great.

No confortable the bed are not good !

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Room was nice, mostly clean (except for a large spattering of hair on the shower wall) and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful and that always makes my experience somewhere extra special. Only real complaint is that I could never get anything to eat at the hotel despite its website advertising breakfast. Oh well. Not a huge deal because the hotel is a stone’s throw from plenty of places to eat. I’d definitely return here.

All as expected Problems with using visa

Clean room, excellent accommodating staff, the air conditioning is a plus... The housekeeping is absolutely superb. The pool we didn't get a chance to try but look tempting from the third floor where we stayed. I think this is the only brand name hotel on the small and colorful Isla de Flores. It is located next to the water's edge and walking distance from everything in Flores. It has parking space for their guests.

Location is the only thing working for this place. It is mediocre almost feels like a low budget place with high rates . It it clean but quite run down. Staff is also just ok.

Deilig med balkong, bittelite basseng men forfriskende. Ingen resepsjon, kun nøkkelboks. Vaskedamen, Clara, kjempehyggelig. Hun besvarte alle våre spørsmål! Litt dårlig dekning av wifi.

Ma chambre était propre, un peu de jour entre les portes, J’ai pu profiter de la piscine, par contre pas beaucoup de chaise longue. Le personnel était courtois.

The location of the hotel was great, except for the nightclub across the street that played very loud music until 1:00 am. The rooms are a bit worn, but the beds are comfortable, and the sheets and linen are clean. The outdoor pool looks a bit dirty, but the indoor pool seemed nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it’s a fair deal for the price.

Great location and kind staff.

The location is good. I have not stayed at other places on the island so not sure how it compares. The room was fine, however the bathroom had terribly strong “air fresheners.” If you are sensitive to artificial smells this is not the place for you. It gave me a terrible headache all night (and that was with keeping the bathroom door closed with the small window inside it open). The pool was super cloudy. We booked this place because the site said free onsite parking. However when we checked in we were told there wasn’t any parking available and were told we could park on the mainland and walk back.
