ホテルは小さいですが、とても良くて素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。

No room available when we're coming. So we need to wait a few hours. The room was dirty, many cockroaches, spiders, and the toilet bowl was broken. We stayed for 9 nights and no staff cleaned up our room or gave us a tissue. The lift access was very awful and dirty. Very disappointed and not recommended.

Room quite clean and good and staff very nice

Tempat kurang bersih dan tidak nyaman, tetapi lokasi strategis. Dan sampai disana dikenakan biaya tambahan 24.

Kena charge kebersihan 15 persen perhari.. Nah kmrn kita 3 mlm jd kalian 3..sempit..utk air minum aja tdk disediakan... Hy air panas doank... Melepuh dnk lidah... Sempit... Ac ribut n dingin bgt kyknya volume nya udh mati deh... Minta selimut tambahan mrk bilang gk ada krn kita ada 3 org.. Jd kpd pihak online mrk d blacklist aja.. Klo pun tdk d blacklist... Buat urutan paling terakhir deh biar gk d order...

Meskipun hostelnya sempit, tetapi bersih dan nyaman, tidak jauh dari MTRnya, tinggal nyebrang saja.

It's too bad. Room not same photo on website. I book family room but get share room. And I pay cash more service charge 7% because book from internet.why to be right this!? Traveloka must to check accurate information first. Not promote just get % from customers.

Sharing room, oh very bad.. dirty and not good.

After a night's stay at Dhillon, I suffered from a sort of allergy or rash. I was not sure what it was because I haven't encountered such thing. I went to reception, I think it was on my 2nd day stay and asked them if they're familiar with the rash I'm having all around my body. They just said that I have to see a doctor. They didn't even care to check it and give me first aid or anything. I endured the itch it gave me during the whole duration of the trip. When I went back home, my friend told me I was infested with bed bugs so that's why I've had severe itch and allergy like things around my body. Photos attached here to support my claim. (I booked Dhillon Hostel for 3 days and it was absolutely horrible)

Very hassle we have to pay additional HKD125 for a cleaning service, all they did was remove the trash from the trash can! will not stay there ever again!

Shower kamar mandi yang rusak dan tidak proper sehingga membuat tidak nyaman. Ketika check-in kami diminta untuk membayar service charge, jika memang ada service charge seharusnya diinformasikan di awal. Kemudian untuk handuk juga dikenakan biaya sewa lagi.

Hotel murah yang cukup nyaman dan dekat dengan tempat perbelanjaan.

Room was way too congested. No pathway to walk. No internet connection. Walkways was smelly and unhygienic.

rude staff, they don't have enough water to drink, they enter your room with out you knowing when they need to clean it.

The hotel gave us a bigger room from what we've expected which is a plus points to us. Anthon Perez did an excellent job in attending our needs and maintaining our room clean. Anthon also happily tends to our every queries and gave us some suggestions on where to sight see in Hong Kong and maximize our time there. Thanks to him/her we're able to enjoy our stay at Dhillon Hotel. This hotel is highly recommended.

The rooms are very small, we booked for a triple sharing but when we entered the room it only has 2 beds available. Also getting into the room takes also a lot time and patience as the elevator can only lift 6 persons at maximum, to think that the building has 16 floors so you really have to wait patiently in line so you could use the lift going to your rooms.

We booked family room, and it was just enough to fit 2 adults, 1 youth and 1 kid. I don’t mind the small room because i’m used to it. What i don’t like was that we were asked to pay extra charge for 150 HKD with the reason as cleaning service fee. It wasn’t stated before in the search, only stated in the hotel voucher after you paid the transaction (mind you, i’m a meticulous person so i knew). Fine i paid it and get it done. What made me so disappointed was that what happened the day after tomorrow. Wi-fi was not able to connect, room was not cleaned (so much for paying the said cleaning service fee). I complained to the lady sitting in the front desk, she said she’ll send someone to fix it. And so we went out and came back in the evening only to find the wi-fi still wasn’t working. I asked again and she said, maybe the problem was my phone broken down. Geez, it wasn’t only my phone, but my 2 phones (iphone and tablet), my son’s phone, my hubby’s 2 phones and my daughter’s phone. All not able to connect, so was it my phone broken? So, i let the matter go cos it’s tiring to argue with someone who in the first place did not care at all about my problem. Only after the third day of my staying that i found out accidentally that the wi-fi only works in front of my room, it happened when i was browsing through my photos standing in front my room when i saw the wi-fi sign connected and i was so happy thinking it may finally be fixed. Then i stepped into my room and the connection disappeared again. In the end, after me, hubby and my son tried it again and again, we concluded, the wi-fi connection could not reach in our room. Only until in front of our room. And so we spent our 4 days stay without wi-fi in the room or like my son l, just playing online games while sitting down in front of our door room, get tired and went in to sleep. And oh, the room was not made at all, not a single day till we checked out.

Lift hanya ada 1 sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk naik dan turun. Lorong jalan sempit, hanya untuk 1 orang yang lewat. Resepsionist tidak ramah. Kamar sangat sempit, benar-benar hanya untuk tidur dan mandi saja. Saya memutuskan menghanguskan menginap disana dan itupun juga dikenakan biaya HKG 115. Cukup sekali ini saja pengalaman yang buruk.

No recommended stay, room to small, and the staffs are too rude, not good for bring kids maybe suitable for traveller or backpacker.
