The hostel's owner is super friendly and helpful. They have free water, tea and coffee. The bathrooms are always clean. Hot water for shower. Definitely will stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai.

It was wonderful time at this hotel. Toilet and room very clean. Hostel owners were friendly and supportive.

Excellent Service. Very comfortable room and very clean. Very easy to go to old city and market. Free drinking water and tea and coffee. The owner is very kind and very friendly person. Very good recommend to stay here.

hostel is great and clean.. free drinking water, coffee, banana, tea.. stayed in a fan room. the downside is the mosquitoes. hope they could find ways not having mosquito inside the fan room. but still I recommend this hostel but the AC room. thanks.

I got a pleasant stay at I-smile. Fast check in. clean bathroom, clean living room, I stayed in a fan room. free coffee, tea, water banana. the accommodation would be fantastic if not for the mosquitoes. I hope they could have a mosquito electric repellent installed in the fan room. I saw a fellow backpacker bought a mosquito spray and maybe the mosquito are too much. if I'm coming back, I will be in the AC room.
