出張で初めてカルガリーに宿泊しました。ダウンタウンから離れてはいるけど空港とはシャトルバスで3分で、30分おきに空港とホテル間を送迎してくれるので、便利でした。 基本的にホテルからは毎時0分、30分、国内線ターミナルからのピックアップは15分、45分、国際線からのピックアップは20分、50分にピックアップされるのですが、時間帯によってはシャトルバスが来ないことがあるそうなので、特にチェックアウト後に空港に向かうときは予約をしたほうがいいです。時間は5〜10分後になることもよくありましたが、タイミングによるみたいです。ホテルの方からは、空港からも電話してくれたらすぐホテルから送迎に来ると言われましたが私はカナダではデータSIMカードしか契約してなかったので電話が出来ず、ちょこちょこ必要時はフロントで予約しました。お部屋も広くて、毎日水もペットボトル500mlx 2本ついてくるし、フロント横に水や林檎が置いてあるし、便利。コインランドリーは洗濯機が壊れてて(乾燥機はOK)、隣のホテルの洗濯機4ドルを使用しました。粉の洗剤が置いてありました(無料)。ちなみにホテル周辺にプレーリードッグがたくさん住みついてて、すごく可愛かったです。一泊一部屋17000円くらいで泊まれたので、かなり格安でした。またカルガリーに来ることがあれば是非泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！(歯ブラシやスリッパはなかったですが紙コップやコーヒーorお茶メーカーがあり快適でした。)

コストパフォーマンスがかなりいいと思います。送迎も申し分ないです。

Room was okay. A little rough around the edges and beds and pillows not very comfortable. Staff was excellent. It served the purpose and price was right.

Reception was very pleasant. Shuttle service at airport every half hour is convenient. The food at the restaurant is good. Waitress was very friendly.

We notified the property that we would be arriving early and asked for an early check in. Upon arrival they had idea of our situation. We were 1.5 hours early and they wanted to charge us a fee. The couple next to us were in the same predicament and their fee was waved and they were let into a room without payment. Just a little disappointing after an all night flight.

We stay here every time we have an overnight layover in Calgary. I called for the shuttle and the desk staff would not answer the phone so I had to pay $20 plus tip for a cab and hotel would not reimburse me. They did offer a breakfast voucher instead. Love the hotel service typically. Restaurant is very good.
