My family and I enjoyed our stay here, especially with the nice pools! It would have been good to know that one unit actually had 2 rooms with 4 beds, instead of saying max of 4 persons in one room. It made us overbooked for 9 persons, because we thought we needed 2 rooms. We were given 2 units with 2 rooms each, giving us 8 beds. The info was misleading. We ended up taking another night and paying extra for 4 persons.

Love the room, and the place. The staff are really friendly and accommodating all my request are being attended. The food is great though it's really pricey but you know what they say what you pay is what you get. Only thing if I will be nitpicking the place is the air-condition they are window type and cannot sustain the coldness of the room since it's spacious. Plus it will be really nice if you can install wifi mesh on each floor of the rooms. Not every room but on the hallway. All in all its a really good place to relax and unwind!

Staff are friendly but management have hotel under staffed at times. All rooms don't have fresh water in rooms to shower etc salty. Food is average and Vat taxes are high for a 2 star resort. Management ask you to prebook your meals in advance for dinner. Food cold by the time you eat. Presume they do this to staffing. Gardens pools etc are nice. We stayed 5 nights with family wouldn't recommend staying more then 1 or 2.

Chose to stay here for my daughter's birthday and true enough, she enjoyed it here. The family had a great time. The food in the retaurant is great as well and you get to enjoy recreational activities and have fun jn the pool and beach front. Had few issues in aircon but the overall experience is great.

One of the best travel destination and relaxation we've stayed so far. Everything you need is there. Their food are all good and tasty. Kudos to their chef. Staff were sometimes cold and not so friendly. But the facilitates are great. Our is also nice. However there's a smell of zonrox. I hope they could install wifi inside the rooms since most travellers does both working and relaxing at the same time especially these time.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Great location. Clean room and bathroom. They should not be charging kids if they are sharing existing beds with the adults (1k per kid is too much). I also suggest that they add more variants in their restaurant menu. Restaurant food is good and priced reasonably. Overall, I still recommend this resort for Families.

施設全体は写真通りとても美しいのですが、古いプールは現在改装中で、ビーチ近くのインフィニティプールをお楽しみいただけます。ビーチは午前中は満潮、午後は干潮ですが、それでもとても美しく、まるで砂漠にいるような気分です。食事は改善の余地があり、特に目立つ点はありません。でも、全体的には滞在を満喫できました！とても静かな場所です。

Great ambiance! Excellent customer service! And we (my husband) noticed also that the staff there is always smiling 🙂 the room was good, spacious and clean! But the beach is not that good, we didn't enjoy it. It has a lot of dirt. ☹️ but good thing there's a 2 swimming pool, one is the infinity pool, it was so beautiful (instagrammable). 😉 even though we didn't enjoyed the beach, we still had a great stay here. We really like the ambiance and the staff! 🙂 thank you! Keep smiling, guys! 🙂

Madaming instagrammable places sa resort. I love the infinity pool! Yung food hindi gaanong masarap, like matigas yung pork nung dinner, walang lasa yung adobo and konti lang choices ng food sa buffet. May incident din na nangyari na yung ice bucket nila na may charge na 50php eh madumi, dahil may gagamba sa loob ng ice! Inuulit ko, gagamba sa loob mismo nung ice tube! Pinalitan naman nila pero nakakdiri parin. Meron pang incident na 12am gustong lumabas sa room ng husband ko to smoke kaso nasira yung lock ng door natanggal kaya he called the operator pero after 10 minutes wala parin dumarating na staff para mag assist kailangan niya pang ifollow up. Paano kung emergency at kailangan nanaming makalabas ng room? After 10 minutes dumating yung Meynard (Not sure sa spelling) Kakatawag lang daw sakanya so ibig sabihin dun lang sa follow up namin naitawag sa security nila. Walang sense of urgency! I think that would be our first and last stay in this hotel. Will not recommend din sa iba.

Nothing special too expensive and pricey fpr auch service.

The pool very nice and clean. My 2 kid enjoy the pool very much. Good food. Good service. Quiet and relaxing..
