屋根裏部屋でした。トイレやバスルームは広く清潔でしたが、エレベーターがないのとエアコンがなく扇風機のみでした。ただヴェルサイユ宮殿や駅、レストランやスタバ、スーパー、パン屋には近いです。朝食は追加で払いました。ハム、サラミ、パンの簡単なものです。

着替えをかけるスペースもなく、テレビもベッドに寝ないと視れない作りでした。特にフロントに人も居ないし、ただ寝るだけでした。

The day before we checked out, we kindly asked the receptionist if the hotel could book a taxi for us the following morning at 7:45 AM. She was very helpful and took note of our request, assuring us that the receptionist working the next day would be informed. The next morning, at 7:15 AM, I went to the reception desk to confirm that the taxi had been arranged as requested. The receptionist did not speak English, which was completely understandable, and therefore called the supervisor/manager on duty. When he arrived, he informed us that he had never been told about our request and stated that the hotel does not book taxis for guests. I asked, and honestly, nearly begged, whether he or any hotel staff could help us call a taxi. He bluntly refused and said that they simply do not provide that service. Do IT YOURSELF. Seriously, what kind of hotel cannot even assist guests with arranging a taxi? In addition, we were assigned a room that was not what I had booked based on the photos shown during the reservation process. When we checked in, the manager on duty explained that while it was the same room category, it was not necessarily the specific room shown in the booking photos. This was disappointing, as the room we received did not match our expectations based on the listing.

Arrival at the hotel was easy. About 5 minutes slow walk from the rail, staff helped get our bags upstairs and gave us a good welcome. However part of the hotel is without an elevator and our room was 2 steep floors up. Room 52 was under the eaves in the roof with 2 skylight windows each side. Windows were shut, blinds were up and it was 32 + degrees outside ..... extremely warm inside. We utilised the fan. Breakfast was terrific- a great start and the Palace was about 5 minutes walk. Street side restaurants are everywhere

The check-in clerk was very nice to us and let us get into the room early (like 11am, which was super nice after an overnight flight).

Venus pour visiter le Château situation fantastique 2 minutes a pied, rue calme et le plus stationnement gratuit en Aout. Hôtel charmant, personnel impliqué et attentionné. Cela deviendra notre pied a terre pour Versailles. Très très bonne literie.

Generally a good experience. Just be prepared for no air conditioning especially in this heat wave. Other than that still a wonderful experience

Great location; walkable to Palace de Versailles and Rue de Satory - cute street with lots of dining options. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money.
