チェックインが大変でした。 emailに返信が来ないでホテル内に入れなかったので電話で問い合わせましたが、入室の番号が間違っていて手間がかかりました。 室内は落ち着いた感じで快適でした。 駐車場がないので離れた公営の広いところに停めました。

Excellent place to stay in old city Quebec. Right in the center, near all attractions. Beautiful building interior. Air conditioner didn't work in our room, but the staff addressed the area quickly, despite there not being staff directly on site, There are only limited parking spaces available on site, and parking is some distance away, so reserve a parking space with your room.

My mom and I enjoyed our time here! While there wasn't any staff available, we did not mind as they were very responsive through messaging. Our room was clean and housekeeping turned over our linens and towels after two days and it was nicely done. We'd love to stay here again as it was walking distance to a lot of the tourist spots!

Right in the heart of the action. It’s a heritage building m, so you need to accept the quirks of no elevators and winding staircases made for small feet. All part of the charm.

My stay started with too good air conditioning (~16C) and a freezing room, but almost got a handle on the air con and enjoyed my nights at the hotel.

Entry to building and rooms was electronically keyed. No personnel-at desk upon entry. Personnel easy to reach through house phone, response was immediate. Entryway and parlour is exquisitely appointed. Exceptionally neat and clean. Room was also, nicely decorated, and super clean as was the bathroom. Loved the robe touch, very nice. AC easy to control. Stayed for three nights, loved it. Bed was very comfortable, pillows too big and hard for my liking, but that’s my preference. Parking on same block, easy and very reasonable! Would recommend to dine away from rue StLoius$$$$$ great selection of places beyond the wall and great food. Checkout was quick and simple. Oh, the daily morning greeting texts were also very nice. Would definitely return and recommend.

Beautiful property with a lot of charm. We loved the location and were able to enjoy our enjoy trip without needing to rent a car. So many things in walking distance. We had one request and they were quick to answer and accommodate.

This beautiful French colonial hotel had everything we needed for our 3 stay in Old Quebec.

My stay at Le Clos Saint-Louis Hotel was below my expectations. Pros: * Excellent location in the heart of Old Québec. * Beautiful Victorian décor, transports guests to the Victorian era. Cons: * No reception desk. Everything is handled by phone, making it difficult to get assistance, especially at night. The advertised vending machine was also out of service. * No luggage storage. We were directed to a partner hotel, where the staff member was rude and our luggage was left in in the store where she worked rather than in a secure storage area. The other option was leave the luggage behind the reception desk in our hotel, which is an open area * NO RESTROOMS - it was the worst - no restrooms before check-in. After an overnight flight, I was told to use public restrooms in the city. * Very noisy rooms. I understand that this is a historic building and that preserving its Victorian character is part of its charm, but I could clearly hear the guests walking in the room above us. * UNFAIR early check-in policy. I paid extra for early check-in, yet another guest who hadn’t paid was told her room might already be ready. That felt unfair and disrespectful to someone who paid for early check-in. If I wanted a late check-out, I would have to pay an additional fee again. I understand hotels may charge for early or late check-in/out, but policies should be applied consistently. Better customer service and a little more flexibility would have greatly improved my experience.

Loved the room including the charming tilt. But parking is very limited. Book it in advance. Great location overall. Not accessible for those who are mobility challenged because of the stairs. But we loved it! No restaurant in the hotel, but a ton nearby. Would absolutely book again!

Amazing location right in the centre of Old Quebec, and the hotel has character yet has all the modern amenities. I’d firmly recommend this hotel and happily go back.

Vi var her tre netter. Deilig rom med moderne bad samtidig som rommet fremsto autentisk og sjarmerende. Hadde litt problemer med den elektroniske låsen på døren til rommet, men det løste seg ved at vi fikk en fysisk nøkkel. Gode kaffe og te muligheter på rommet. Veldig effektiv AC. Likte oss veldig godt.

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday, 7 years ago, in this hotel. Management had obviously changed since we were last there. As soon as we got there, we realized that the air conditioning in our room was NOT working. It just ran. The sensor didn't register the room temperature at all. I was frozen, and my husband who is usually overheated, was shivering. It took a few hours for them to realize what was happening. In the meantime, they tried to help us as best they could. We had to turn off the A/C. We also had to turn on some small heaters, which they provided, to warm us. I used my phone app to figure out the room temperature. It was 14 C. We managed to put the temperature up to 22 by nightfall and everything was much better. We still do recommend this small hotel because the people reacted quickly, however, it is important for us to let you know what happened. Will we come back here? Probably. However, we will be looking at this A/C issue, very closely, when we do.

A beautiful historic hotel in a wonderful location, perfect for exploring Old Quebec City. The plumbing and heating was odd, but to be expected in a place of that age. Not recommended for people with accessibility needs, but a well maintained balance between aged stone walls and modern amenities nonetheless. The cleaning services was not ideal and seemed to be the bare minimum, if that. Even when we requested a more thorough clean, all we received was a few refills and clean towels, but no clean sheets, etc. Would recommend all the same, especially for those who love historical architecture and wandering on foot.
