チェックインが大変でした。 emailに返信が来ないでホテル内に入れなかったので電話で問い合わせましたが、入室の番号が間違っていて手間がかかりました。 室内は落ち着いた感じで快適でした。 駐車場がないので離れた公営の広いところに停めました。

The only issue is the staircase. Very narrow and steep. Not suitable for elderly.

Superbe hôtel entretenu avec goût. Confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Très bien placé dans la vieille ville.

Great room! central location The staff reached out on a daily basis if assistance was needed. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers!

Clean room

Good sized room which was quiet and clean but up 2 circular stair cases. Pack light because there is no bell boy to help with your luggage. This is a very attentive virtual hotel. 3 minutes from the chateau 3 minutes to the city walls. Really convenient and well situated. The bed was firm the room had a.c. Which we didn’t need it as it was early April and still winter in Quebec City. It seems hard to get a bad meal in Quebec City. The Continental Restaurant was a highlight! Almost like going to the theatre.

As an historic building, it’s not a good choice for anyone with limited mobility. The temperature in the room is not easily controlled. There is no one on site, which seems like it could be interesting but they haven’t yet worked out the kinks.

Très bien situé, un retour au 19 ième siècle avec toutes les commodités du 21 ième! Communications efficaces et rapides.

L'hébergement compte avec une excellente localisation, à trois minutes de marche du château Frontenac. Chambres thématiques, l'ambiance ressemble le Québec du 18 ème siècle. Chambres très propres, confortables, avec verres a vin, cafetière, coffre-fort, mini frigo, etc. La salle de bain est grande et moderne. Climatisation parfaite, le lit aussi superbe et confortable. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour une escapade en couple ou entre amis. So cute! Je l'ai adoré.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

The hotel is beautiful and very close to everything in old québec. It is an aparthotel so the reception is virtual. We saw cleaning staff daily and the reception was extremely responsive via text. They were also kind enough to let me know we had left our credit card in the room as soon as they found it

Parking only has 5 places or else the nearest parking is 25$ a night. Very close to the city life, very clean, very cosy. However old building therefor thin walls ( not sound proof) so you can easily hear the city life and the shower sometimes makes a very loud sound while heating up.
