Very pleasant stay with nice breakfast.

部屋はきれいで豪華でした。朝食はあまり期待しなければこんなものだろうという感じです。トイレが詰まりましたがすぐに直してくれて対応には満足しています。駅から近く都心部にも出やすく立地は最高です。

一駅ですがUQAMの喧騒から離れ、西側に散歩に行くのに丁度よいです。マネージャーの女性がとても親切で感じが良かったです。部屋は小さい窓からあまり光が入らず暗いけれど、難点はそれだけ。この施設でこの料金で朝食付きで、また使いたいです。

3階建てのこじんまりとしたホテルですが、コンパクトにキッチンと寝室、バスルームがまとまっているので、ウィークリーマンションにいる感覚で滞在できました。 ただ、アメニティはタオルと共用シャンプー程度で充実はしていません。 でも徒歩5分程の所にたくさんのカフェや飲食店がありますし、OrleanExpressなどの長距離バスセンターもすぐ近くにあるので、モントリオールから別の場所に移動するのにとても便利でした。 朝食はパンとコーヒーだけでなく、ヨーグルトやフルーツもついていたのが嬉しかったです。 またホテルの場所が地下鉄から徒歩1分程の所にあり立地はとてもいいと思います。

This is a sweet little hotel on Rue St. Denis in a fabulous location. The rooms are a little quirky but totally charming! There are not a lot of room amenities but our room had a full-sized refrigerator, a stove and microwave, and a deep soaking tub. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but a light breakfast is available every morning. Plus Rue St. Denis, and all of Montreal for that matter, has little cafes and restaurants everywhere you walk. Don't miss the rooftop terrace on the 4th floor! When I return to Montreal, I'll very happily choose Hotel & Spa Carre Saint-Louis again!

C’était propre, mais petit L’idée de marcher de l’hôtel Spa un coin de rue et pas d’ascenseur, sans être averti est une insulte. Mauvaise représentation. Si on m’avait averti je n’aurais pas réservé 750$ pour deux nuits et devoir marcher un coin de rue pour déjeuner est inacceptable

It was right next to Carre St Louis, and some walkable streets. The hotel was reasonably priced and the room was very clean. Bathroom was also very nice. I didn't use the kitchenette at all, but it looked like it was pretty well set up. Overall, a great little hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal.

We enjoyed our stay in a suite with a queen bed, sofa bed and kitchenette. The room was very spacious. The sofa bed was in a sun room and was lovely and comfortable with big windows. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was not well equipped. There was only 1 fork, 1 small bowl, no kettle and barely anything to cook meals with. There was damage to the cupboards from poor design. The bathroom shower and sink did not drain well so you showered in a pool of water. There were what looked like candle wax spills all over the floor. It was very noisy in a busy area of Montreal so ear plugs would have been good to have. The walls are also thin so you hear fellow guests moving around, voices, doors creaking, etc. The person who checked us in didn't see at first that we had already paid via Expedia so was trying to take another payment. I insisted I had already paid and they then clicked another screen/tab and saw the payment.

The hotel is centrally located so is within walking distance to some attractions and restaurants. However the bed and pillows were hard and woke up sore and stiff

Petit déjeuner inclus dans la réservation c'est plutôt pratique . Le petit déjeuner est simple avec le nécessaire quand même ! Pour 5 nuits, accès au spa offert ce qui est un plus . La terrasse au 4ème est très sympa aussi . Le ménage par contre n'est pas fait systématiquement si on reste plusieurs jours... Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours si besoin . Oreillers un peu gros à mon goût mais litterie confortable. Personnels serviables, j'ai eu un souci avec la plaque induction, qui a vite été résolu !

Unfortunately, the room did not meet cleanliness expectations (hair on the bed/floor and a dirty bathroom). On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.
