エレベーターが変わっていて、マニアの方必見です。ただ、エレベーターが狭く、１基しかないため、朝は混雑します。階段で上層階へ行くのは大変です。 最上階の部屋からの景色はサグラダファミリアが見えて最高の贅沢でした。 宿泊者は屋上が利用でき、暖かい時期はサグラダファミリアを眺めながら日光浴を楽しめます。

Except bad smell from the drain in the bathroom, it is an excellent hotel especially with its location.

Clean room, large apartment, easy to understand instructions. The view of the Sagrada Familia was AMAZING!

Muy mala experiencia, se nos quedó la llave dentro de la habitación por error y nos cobraron $100 euros solo por buscar una copia en la oficina, les tomó menos de 5 min, la salida era a las 11:00 am y a las 10:55 ya teníamos a alguien expulsándonos del apartamento. No lo recomiendo. Prefiero ir a un Hotel que el servicio es mucho mejor.

The place is much smaller than the pictures. And for the price point some things were not perfect. We also had some checking in issues. However, this place is really about its great location.

An excellent location, close to the Sagrada Familia and local transport links. You get what you pay for and this was good value for money; very clean and staff were very helpful. However, the air con is in need to updating. It was poor.

Très bon emplacement. Logement spacieux. Salle de bain pas adaptée. Il faudrait une seule grande douche bien étanche et un grand lavabo. Manque de vaisselle. Il faudrait un plat, une grande poêle, etc...

Great location. Great view of the Basilica from our unit but they assigned us a room with the heater on, not the A/C despite our request to assist in fixing the thermostat on our first night. We were fanned ourselves to sleep plus there were mosquitoes. I reported this to the management and they only asked if anyone got bitten. No cabinets and racks for hanging clothes/towels and there's only 1 small television for the whole 3 bedroom-unit. Hallway flooring were loose and sliding which is a safety hazard. We also had to put all our trash away even though we didn't cook in the unit. They charge addt'l 60 Euros for extra cleaning so my husband collected our bathroom trash and tossed them in designated bins on the street. Don't expect regular hotel service. Our biggest disappointment is that there was only 1 toilet for the 6 of us, even though we booked our rooms way early and requested specifically for 2 toilets. Alvaro was the only staff who's friendly and helpful.

The property is walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. Check in was a bit acward as it is done through a digital valet where you put in a number and you retrieve your key. Fortunately, staff from the hotel happened to be there when we arrived and made it easy, otherwise I think this would have been a cumbersome experience. Also, the hot water runs out rather quickly and took several cold showers.

A well located apartment with great views of the Sagrada Familia and links to the rest of the city

Apartment was perfect for us, well appointed and comfortable, but Barcelona was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough. But the staff was helpful in every way and we loved or neighborhood area. Very convenient and nice. Beautiful view of the sagrada Familia down the street.

시설 자체는 다소 낡았으나, 파밀리아 성당이 눈앞에 바로 보이는 전망. 저희가 묵었던 두가족용 방의 전망은 최고였습니다만, 둥그런 형태의 건물이라 방 위치에 따라 뷰는 달라질것 같습니다.

Overall this property was great value and really nice. We rented the penthouse for 6 people but it could have slept 8. Good communal area with a large balcony overlooking Sagrada Família, which was really special. Decent kitchen with coffee machine and some complimentary coffee and tea. Well stocked. Nice clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, very close to Sagrada Família and metro. Very friendly staff and communication started early with check in instructions. Very prompt responses when I sent questions.
