アメニティがない。あるのはカップ一つだけ。ティシュも無い。 タオル交換は、ドアノブにサインを下げて依頼するようだが、そのサインもない。メールで依頼しても返事かなかった。 クレームを受け付けないためにスタッフが必要とないセルフチェックイン方式としているのかと思う。

レイキャビーク中心地からは徒歩20分くらい離れています。 駐車場はレセプション入り口の目の前にあり、台数はそこまで多くはないです。 部屋の入り口扉の立て付けが悪く、勢いよくやらないと締まりませんでしたが、室内は清潔で広く快適でした。 隣接するレストランがあり、夕食は休業日で食べられませんでしたが、朝食ビュッフェは美味しかったです。

初レイキャビックのため不安でしたが、フロントの対応がとても良く快適な旅が始まりました。朝食も美味しかったです。周辺には何もありませんが、ダウンタウンの中心部にも歩ける距離ですので心配ありません。

Overall, we had a good experience. The room was clean, I do wish that I could have talked to somebody in person if I needed something, but in general, it is a good experience.

Was a nice place for a quick stop over. Note to the owner: the bathroom smelled like mildew. You need to change the shower curtain.

I usually aim to leave balanced reviews, but our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We didn’t receive self check-in information until we contacted the property on the day of arrival, which caused unnecessary stress. Once there, the front door passcode didn’t work — not just for us, but for several other guests who were stuck outside in freezing weather during a Reykjavik snowstorm. It's advertised as self-check-in, but it should't be called "Self-Check-in" Hotel if the codes don’t function properly. The room we were initially assigned also had no working heating, which was hard to accept in such extreme weather. When I called the help desk, I was told to wait until the next day. After informing them that I was traveling with an elderly, we offered a different room. Unfortunately, the heating in the second room failed the next day, and the help desk was unhelpful. Lastly, the listing says there is free parking, which is true — but spaces are extremely limited, so don’t count on availability. Also, if you are not fluent in English, navigating issues here could be challenging and potentially frustrating, as communication might become an additional barrier. On a positive note, I do want to acknowledge that the customer service team, when reached, was generally helpful and supportive. I truly appreciate that, but I would prefer not to be in a situation where I need to contact the team in the first place.

The property was in a good location. It wasn't too far from town. We were able to store our luggage with no issues after a very early flight into Reykjavik. My code wasn't working at first, but it was simple to contact the hotel and resolution was immediate. The only complaint is there was no a/c unit (which I know it normal in Europe)... however, the room was VERY warm when we arrived. We were able to open the window which fixed that issue but it wouldn't stay propped open so we had to rig it a bit. Overall, it was an easy process & we would stay here again!

1. self check in and no communication before. 2. location is not good (1 mile from activity) 3. Poor visibility - we were dropped off on the corner and could not find the hotel (down side road) 4. Weeds around property. Looked shabby Do not stay here!

In a construction area, very inconvenient to get to and parking is very poor The shower is extremely small and awkward! Would not recommend

I loved staying here! This was very quiet and the other guests were always so nice. I really enjoyed the electronic self check in and not having a key to the door. It was very affordable and clean. Great experience!!

The room had no air conditioning but a huge glass window that allowed the sun to bake the room; temperatures in the room in tolerable. Also - reservation was made for the same day occupation; was told I would be sent an email within a few days. Obviously, since it is a remote check-in – that is not good enough.

Very nice and modern room. Spacious. Check in was easy and service phone was very helpful and fast. Parking in street right outside was always available when we visited.

Great location, quiet area, clean apartment. Only issue was free parking was hard to find. Other than that, great stay!
