My only complaint was the low toilet, other than that, the room, breafast and beds were excellent

Very rude,i went there with my dog,took him inside to register when we arrived ,he played with a small dog,that belonged to the lady at the check , next day a differant person came to our room,calling me a lier saying i was sneaking my dog there, would not listen and charged me 100 fee,...my dog is giant, he 9í

First time staying at this hotel in Burlington & will stay there again! Polite staff! Rooms were good! Comfortable & quiet!

Really enjoyed the grass area in the centre of the motel with the bbq and picnic tables

We stayed in this hotel because it was recommended by another family that was planning on staying in the same hotel. We were there for a sports tournament and my son is on the same team as this other family’s kids. Unfortunately, the hotel declined this other family to stay even though they had a reservation because supposedly they had left a bad review the year before, which they did not do. The hotel was not able to show anybody this supposed bad review and they were not open to any alternate options. This other family was forced to stay 30 minutes away and pay a lot more because they had to book a hotel last minute. Needless to say my son and I were very disappointed not to be staying at the hotel with our friends. If this other family did actually do something like leave a bad review, wouldn’t this be a great opportunity for the hotel to demonstrate that something has changed to this family that was now returning to the hotel they supposedly gave a bad review for? I emailed the manager and never heard back. Needless to say this was very unprofessional and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Loud traffic off freeway. Guest next door played rap music at dawn as a night worker who didn’t have consideration for surrounding guests. Staff was uncaring about my concerns.

Good value for the money. Difficult to access when traveling west on Hwy 20.

Room service was Pretty on top of things. Check-in was fairly easy. Breakfast wasn’t very exciting, but they have a number of things to choose from.

Room was comfortable, I liked that the bathroom had a hallway to separate from the bed area. It was just a bit noisy due to being close to the highway, and something to note is the driveway does not wrap around the building.

Clean room but dated. We had a comfortable sleep and the breakfast in the morning was lovely

We had reserved a room with a queen bed for the weekend, we are older and have some physical limitations. When i asked for a room in the main floor as the stairs would be difficult ( no elevator), i was told that I reserved a queen room and they were all on the second floor( we were not made aware of this at time of booking ) and I could not be accommodated even though the motel was not even close to being full. I could understand if the place was compete sold out but it was far from that. It should also be advertised to people before they book as not everyone can do stairs and they can then book elsewhere which is what I would have done. Why is this room type ONLY on the second floor, that makes no sense. Very disappointed that there was no effort made into assisting and putting us on the first floor. I would not stay again.

Very convenient and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Train was a bit loud at 5am but no big deal.
