朝の受付係は熱心で明るい対応でした。ホテルは旧市街の真ん中に位置し、食事も豊富なのでお腹が空くことはありません。石造りの教会やトレインストリートのカフェも徒歩圏内です。

ホテルは近い、旅行に便利、とても清潔、比較的満足

ホテルの部屋は素敵で清潔です。旧市街からは少し離れているので出張の方にも便利！朝食は少し量が限られています！

清潔で広々としていますが、唯一のことはバスルームが少し狭いことです

Location is very good, close to various restaurant and convenient store. Staffs are helpful. No breakfast no problem some of restaurant open 6am.

It 's right at the city center and accessible to all things you want to enjoy in Hanoi. You must try renting a bike for just 200k per day to explore the old quarters. The best thing I want to recommend is the excellent team of hotel staffs like Sophie, martin and many more of the team. I left an important expensive cream in the fridge and the staff helped me retrieve in perfect chilled condition. Thank you to all good people behind this great hotel and you left me a lasting positive impression of Hanoi.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ và an ninh nha. Các bạn tiếp tân thì cực kì dễ thương, hỗ trợ cho mình rất nhiều, từ cục sạc máy tính đến xe đưa rước sân bay, thậm chí còn cho mình mượn mũ bảo hiểm nữa ^^. Lần sau đến Hà Nội mình vẫn tiếp tục chọn hệ thống.

Hai bạn nhân viên nữ rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ, bạn nam trực ca tối cũng vậy. Mọi thứ đều tuyệt trừ việc ổ cắm điện hơi lỏng

Lokasi yang strategis. kamar dengan bathtub. bagus dan bersih. Staf sangat ramah dan bisa berbahasa inggris dengan baik.

Dịch vụ tốt. Nhân viên thân thiện. Ăn sáng còn sơ sài. Vị trí rất thuận tiện đi lại, phòng rộng thoáng
