趣きのある建物、豪華で居心地の良い部屋、便利な立地、丁寧で優しいスタッフ、全てが満足でした。 次回、ロンドン訪問時にも宿泊したいホテルです。

他の系列ホテルはサービスもとてもよかったのですが、このホテルはコンシェルジュの態度が最低。 お客様をなんだと思ってい居るのか。ドアマンは何のためいいる？スーツケースも言わなきゃ運ばない。どうなっている。連泊で外出を午前中にして夕方にに帰ってきても、清掃がされていない。どうゆうこと？ ミネラルウォーターも言わなきゃもってこない。初めてです系列ホテルでこんな最低なホテル。 他の系列のホテルをいつも利用していますのであまりの対応の悪さにびっくりしました。 このホテルの支配人の程度の低さがわかりました。

こじんまりした英国的なプチホテルで、コベントガーデンスイートに家族４人で宿泊しました。シャワールームとバスタブは分かれており、水量も湯加減も問題なく、快適に過ごせました。 １階（日本の２階）にある「drawing‐room」は素晴らしいアンティーク家具があり、夜には暖炉に火が入れられ、ゆったりと優雅に過ごすことができます。そこにいるとたまにスタッフが紅茶とショートブレッドを持ってきてくださったり、隣に「Honesty　BAR」と書かれたドアがあり、そこにはだれもおらず飲み物が置いてあるので、自分で用紙に自己申告するようになっています。 小さなブティックホテルですので、レストランは１か所ですが、スタッフの接客も大変素晴らしく 朝食も美味しくいただきました。 早朝、ホテルからトラファルガー広場を通り、ビックベンまでぶらぶらと写真を撮りながらのんびりと散歩しましたが往復で１時間ぐらいでした。 観光にもショッピングにも大変便利で、ホテル周辺には劇場も美味しいお店も沢山あります。 最高のロケーションでありながら静かで優雅な時間を過ごすことができました。

周辺は便利な立地だし、部屋の掃除はよく行き届いていて、ホテルのインテリアなどよかったが、鏡が錆び付いていたのが惜しかった。誕生日だとホテル側に伝えてくださいとお知らせしておいたが、何のサービスもなかった、こんなことは初めて。

The Covent was quite incredible with a perfectly tuned staff and amenities worth the ratings and reviews. A convenient location in the heart of London's Theater district makes this hotel a must for those looking for an option in this part of London! W~

It’s exceptional in every way !

Decent hotel in central London. Staff great on the whole but sometimes lacking a bit of a vibe in bar and common areas and found a lot of the business guest crowd a bit brusque and a touch up themselves. Would probably stay again, but lacked that certain something for me.

Very comfortable beautiful hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel, which didn’t feel like a hotel but felt more like a home. I could seriously live there. I was amazed at the attention to detail throughout and the staff could not be friendlier. My only complaint was that I didn’t have a tea kettle in my room. Highlights - the tub in my suite with a tv, the salon on floor one with the cozy fire, the windows that actually open!

The Covent Garden Hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful. I like that they always knew my name and they were very polite. Breakfast at Brassiere Max was delicious. I had the full English. The room was a deluxe but I did not have a view. There was scaffolding and tarp over the windows and it made the room very dark. The shower had nice pressure and everything was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable and they gave me a small bottle of fabric mist that was delightful. The only problem was that there were some additional charges including the water bottles in the room which I found high unusual to charge for the water in a 5 star hotel. Also, I found out that my sister requested a small birthday surprise and she later told me that cost an additional £100+. But as long as you are not turned off by all the additional charges at a 5 star hotel with an already high rate per night, you will love it. The location is very nice too. It’s in the Seven Dails a cross from Neal’s Yard and area near covent garden, soho and Chinatown. It’s a very busy place with lots to do.

Very convenient for Central venues, theatre's etc. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was a little slow and our room didn't have tea-making facilities but they were provided on request. Bed was rather too hard for our tastes but he pillows were brilliant. Food was unexceptional.
