Ho dovuto rinunciare al viaggio in quanto il mio compagno è stato ricoverato d’urgenza in ospedale. Ho scritto personalmente alla struttura x chiedere di poter fruire del soggiorno in un altro periodo, inviando un certificato medico dell’ospedale: nessuna risposta. Ho contattato Expedia che mi ha risposto “la struttura non risponde alle nostre richieste sia via mail che telefonicamente “. Veramente vergognoso che Expedia non riesca a contattare le strutture che propone nel suo catalogo. Roba da terzo mondo sia la struttura e chi la propone.

Excellent hôtel avec des infrastructures de grande qualité. Un léger enrichissement du buffet et des menus des restaurants contribuerait à rendre l'expérience encore plus remarquable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Cigale Tabarka. L’hôtel est magnifique, les infrastructures sont au top et le service est vraiment à la hauteur. ​Le seul bémol a été la mer, qui s'est montrée très agitée pendant presque tout notre séjour. Heureusement, nous avons quand même réussi à en profiter le jour de notre départ ! Malgré cela, le cadre reste exceptionnel et nous avons pu pleinement nous détendre grâce aux piscines et à la qualité des services de l'hôtel.

The service is simply top-notch . Accommodations: Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the sea that made the experience unforgettable . The hotel lives up to its reputation as a "palace," with every detail meticulously cared for . Dining: The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day . The quality of the food across the board was fantastic. Amenities: Whether you are looking to relax by the pristine private beach , enjoy the world-class thalassotherapy spa , or play a round on the stunning golf course with scenic views , there is something for everyone. The tranquility of the setting, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and coastline, makes it a perfect escape . Overall: This was my first visit, and I was so satisfied that I extended my stay . I highly recommend La Cigale Tabarka to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable getaway in Tunisia. We can't wait to return!

La Cigale, certainly lives up to its excellent reputation. The property is impressively clean, with well-maintained grounds and a world-class golf course. The lower staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, the upper management was unresponsive to customer needs, which was disappointing. While the hotel website highlights a variety of dining options, during my late May stay, several restaurants were closed, leaving us unprepared. It would be helpful to update the site to reflect seasonal availability accurately. Our prepaid half-board included breakfast and dinner, which was problematic for me due to a medical condition that prevents me from eating dinner. I asked if the prepaid value could be applied to lunch instead, but this request was declined. The breakfast buffet started strong but quickly showed limitations. The fruit selection was notably poor, with bland offerings, and items like fresh-squeezed orange juice were often unavailable. The beach area was partly closed for maintenance, and that information wasn’t communicated beforehand. Our room, 1256, had a stunning sea view, and the housekeeping staff was diligent, but the bed was squeaky and disruptive, and the rain shower was clogged. Finally, while enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony, we had to deal with large flies and insects frequently entering the room. In light of this, I recommend installing balcony screens to improve guest comfort.

Très bel hôtel, tout est de qualité, personnel très compétent et sympathique, petit déjeuner complet, belles terrasses pour le déjeuner, dîner et golf incroyable!

Just lovely place

This property is pristine, and the staff are excellent. The food was good in the restaurant. The sand is very nice, but have the beach is rocky. The one strange thing that makes me get out of four stars is that in the winter and into the mid spring they don’t actually have air-conditioning on so you have to open the window if the room is too warm. Apparently this is hotel wide. I was there late, April.
