Se requiere mayor atención al cliente en el bar, ya que el tiempo de espera para ser atendido es considerablemente largo. Asimismo, es fundamental que el personal brinde un trato cordial, amable y de calidad para mejorar la experiencia de los clientes.

You got no options for breakfast , that’s included in your reservation. The breakfast wasn’t ready at the time they have programmed 9am. I reserved a room with ocean view but they have an event with a tent in front of the room’s window. I think they need a renovation for the installations , the gardens, the rooms , the parking … Not recommended.

Excelente servicio la habitación muy limpia

The view of the ocean is incredible. The small private beach is lovely. The property is pretty interesting. Not super clean, but still really cool. The staff is really nice and helpful. Only complaint I had was the pounding house music that comes out of every speaker in the common areas. So loud you couldn't even hear the ocean. But otherwise, nice vibe, great little get away. I recommend.

Nosotros reservamos 2 noches incluían desayuno un desayuno básico con cafecito muy bien para empezar !!! Habitación limpia!!! Cerca de lugares para comer!!! Y pues frente al mar !! Un buffet muy bueno el domingo!!

Wow we had an amazing view of the beach breakfast at the buffet was awesome staff was very helpful. This was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. We celebrated our 23 wedding anniversary. Would definitely be back Thank you

El hotel es algo viejo pero tiene muy buenos spots, estábamos frente a la playa eso ya es un 10

They cancel my reservation I was like 10 minutes away from the hotel I have to look for another place to stay
