Hotel is conveniently located along restaurant strip just off highway. Demand for hotels in this area is high so even though I booked well ahead of travel what should have been a $200 room cost us $420. Coffee maker in room did not work. No breakfast included in the high rate. Average room with comfortable beds. Restaurant on site is a nice option but rooms are overpriced in this whole area.

Excellent room! Our favorite overnight hotel when we travel west. Clean, spacious. Hotel staff excellent. Lobby is nice and cool on a hot day

It's a happy time to spend one night at Prestige Inn at Golden. Will come back again in future.

We had a room that overlooked the parking lot and highway. So the rooms on front of the building face the highway, but it's not loud. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've stayed in a long time. The room was clean and beautiful!

Good property. Bit pricy

I didn’t get the room that I booked, I was unable to check into that room as it hadn’t been cleaned yet. I waited until around 5 (check in was at 4), but not luck. They moved me into another room, but not the one I booked.

Very nice hotel. Rooms seemed very clean - including the one we had in which our dog was allowed. The staff were friendly. The pool & hot tub were nice. I would recommend.

Did not like the stairs!! Hard for me with two titanium knees!! Loved our room!!

The bed was not comfortable at all. The price was expensive and parts of the room had broken items.

The condition of the property was old, dusty smelling in the halls. Would not allow check in 1 hour early. When we did finally check in and got to our room it wasnt ready. Wanted us to wait another 30 to 45 minutes while they cleaned it. So we said no and got another room on lower floor. Then got back to our rooms the next night and key cards didnt work. Had to go back donw stairs and get them swiped again. The rickys attached to ghe hotel was gross. No flavor in anything, 4 strips was 11.99 on the menu, it was happy hour so it said 9.00. Went to pay and they tried to charge me 16.99. Wife ordered a full salad with garlic bread. Guy drops the salad off and when asked about the bread he says it doesnt come with it. All around joke. Ripping people off.

Very noisy- way overpriced for quality. Room was dirty, bed was terrible, pillows extremely uncomfortable, shower was a trickle. All round a really horrible experience for the ridiculous amount of money. Will not stay again

Disappointed in the overall property given that it was so expensive! The television had limited channels. The hotel did not offer a continental breakfast. The coffee maker did not work!

Fridge wouldn't get cold. Beds were not queen but advertised as such. Jets in hot tub didn't work. Didn't feel very "Prestige"

Rooms were not very sound proof but everything was excellent still. Very clean
