キッチンペーパーとティッシュが欲しかったですが、それ以外のものは十分ありました。

窓口のサービスレベルは低いけど部屋の広さや洗濯機・食洗機等の備品の充実度、部屋の広さ、周囲の環境は申し分無し。

間取りが良かった

■スタッフ スタッフがとても親切でした。ステイ前からメールベースでもいろいろ相談にのっていただけました。0歳の子供がいるということを事前に伝えたら、無料でハイチェアを部屋に用意してくれました。ステイ当日までレンタルベビーカー屋さんに連絡がとれずにいた時にも、かわりに電話してくださり、結果的にその1時間後にホテルまで届けてもらうことができました。返却はホテルに預けてピックアップしていただけました。帰りはタクシーも呼んでくれました。入口の入り方やエレベーターへの乗り方も（キーでピっとやる必要あり）、丁寧に教えてくれました。 ただしフロントは朝8時～17時までなので、それ以外は無人となります。 ■お部屋 お部屋は清潔です。ベッドルームが２つあり、4人家族までなら快適に利用できると思います。 シャワー室も２つありましたがバスタブがありませんのでその点ご了承ください。トイレはちゃんと流れますし、お湯が出てくるのも比較的早いです。タオルもあり、足りなければ追加してくれるとのことでした。 キッチンにも調理道具からお皿まで一通りそろっていますので、スーパーで購入したものを調理して食べることができます。廊下が暗いのと、カギ・ドアが操作しにくいのがマイナスポイントでしょうか（屋上へのドアを開けるにもコツが必要）。

フロントの方は親切でとても好印象でした。部屋も広く快適な滞在でした。このエリアに来る機会があれば、また利用したいです。

The room was overall great but the bathrooms were a little but of a let down given the “luxury” description the hotel uses. The shower door wouldn't close. There was quite a lot of mould in both bathrooms

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was by far the noisiest place I have ever stayed.

Location was amazing walking distance to everything and trains as well, apartment was spacious and comfortable, great bed as well!

Beds are terrible, some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. A/C was either freezing or too hot. We came back after a previous stay some years before, never again.

Location was excellent - close to all the southbank attractions and restaurants. while apartment facilities met expectations - accomodation was tired eg. dirty carpets; torn curtain and calcified shower screens ....it actally needed a detail clean.

Room was good size but bathroom has an unpleasant odour from the drains. Main tv didn’t work neither did the wifi. Location was excellent and staff helpful.

Such a nice staff and easy check in. Location is great and it’s easy to walk to different areas, like museum and the South Bank. Apartment was clean and there was even some laundry soap for the washing machine. They provide you with all the necessary things to get you started for a few days, which was appreciated. Nice balcony area. The couch was very, very small and very uncomfortable to sit on and the bed was okay. Linens and towels provided were nice. Thanks for our nice vacation!

Terribly stuffy, can’t breathe in hallways and lift, no coffee maker as advertised, minimal kitchen utensils, disappointing, wouldn’t recommend No view, staring at a wall when specifically booked balcony with view
