This hotel is great! They are so accommodating. They welcomed us with some cocumber juice and brought our bags for us. They also offer airport transport so it ' s less hassle for us. The staffs are so nice! Someone let us swim for an hour after the pools closing time because of a misunderstanding. There was just one problem. I forgot to tell them that I'm allergic to dust mites so I woke up with a few red marks all ovwr my body. The room was voean and big, there ' s an extra bedspace. All in all it was a nice experience. ☺.

If you're planning to go on a trip in Palawan Puerto Princesa this is the best place for you. It's very clean, convenient and comfortable. Staff are very accommodating. My partner and I loved the ambiance of the place cos it's very cozy and relaxing. Will definitely back at this place for sure. Good job to all the staff and on the management on maintaining a good place like this. Also, the hotel is only 5 mins away from the Airport and they have a free shuttle for that.

The hotel, room and reception. They are all nice. Cannot think of negative of this hotel. The front desk folks are nice and displays willingness to assist at all times. Room is very spacious and comfortable. My kid enjoyed the double deck bed while me and wife occupied the queen bed. The free breakfast is sumptuous and my kid got a free breakfast! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Puerto Princessa.

The room is nice, clean and it smells good.. The food is great.. Pool is so clean also that my son don't want to stop swimming.. With free shuttle going to airport.. Thr staffs were nice also.. :)
