ホテルでの滞在時間が短くなってしまった（飛行機の遅延）のが残念でしたが、家族4人で利用し、キッチン・ダイニングが充実していることを筆頭に清潔で快適でした。 タクシーの手配をお願いした時も、1泊2日のツアー参加のため、5つのラゲッジを預かってほしい旨、伝えた際も快諾いただき、とても助かりました。 また、ツアー集合場所のバス停がとても近くで、これも助かりました。

設備が行き届いていました！ Bluetoothのスピーカーはよく使いました。

Great space, modern touches in a very central part of the city. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The pull out couch was as expected, so may be better with younger children, but overall, very happy with our stay.

We rented two rooms from Black Pearl as we concluded our trip through Iceland. The apartments were great - even better than advertised. Plenty of space in the common areas and sufficient room in the bedrooms. Everything you need is provided, and the refrigerator is stocked with drinks and snacks for a fee. We didn't have anything, so I can't comment on price, but I assumed expensive because hotel mini-bars are usually expensive everywhere. The apartments were clean. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on the breakfast options. This complex is located in a busy location, with cruise ships, tourist and locals walking by. As a result, you could hear the sidewalk and traffic noise when someone was loud. The parking is unclear in the post on Expedia, but if you need parking, you need to let them know. There is a charge, and the garage is very small. Parking in the area is tough, so if you have a car, you want to secure a spot in the garage. We would definitely stay here again - and hopefully longer than one night.

Amazing. Perfect in all aspects for our trip

We have considered staying here in the past and finally booked a reservation here. It was great!!!!! We will be booking here on our next trip to Iceland for sure!

The property is in a very good location with lots of different amenities nearby. It’s walking distance from the harbour. The kitchen is well equipped. Room is spacious and comfortable with dark blinds for the summer days. Only thing I’d change is to add a washer dryer and provide more affordable parking for guests.

It was initially hard to locate reception, however staff were very friendly and helpful when we did find it.

This was a very nice, clean and modern place with a lot of space. It was nice to be able to relax on a couch, in a chair or out on the patio with my cup of tea. I loved ALL the amenities—electric water kettle, coffee maker with frother, dishes, condiments, stove, full size refrigerator and freezer, heated bathroom floors and a magnifying mirror, etc. I could go on and on but they thought of everything and the staff could not have been nicer and helpful. It was also nice that I could walk everywhere from my place —the harbor to go whale watching, downtown for a famous hotdog and shopping, restaurants and close to everything else as well. It was a perfect way to end my 2 week trip around the island and relax for 3 full nights and 4 days. Thank you much!!

Great located and clean apartments in Reikiavik central area. Highly recommend and we'll be coming back!!

It was exactly as advertised. Overall a nice stay. It was nice to use their parking garage- at an extra cost but worth it. I would recommend.

Nice location

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is so great. Walking distance to every where within 15 minutes. Bus stop 4 is just in 3-5 minutes walking distance. It’s convenient to take the Flybus pickup/drop off and the local tour vehicle. Restaurants/ Bakery stores are around. Lots of choices. The Deluxe Suite is fantastic, super huge, clean and quiet. Washing machine and dry machine are the plus. Highly recommended it!

Property is fabulous with secure parking on ground floor. It is well located in the city core, although with that comes city noise and loud booming cars passing by in all hours of the night. A bit ironic in the midst of the Icelandic serenity. That said- I have returned to stay at Black Pearl multiple times.

Beautiful and spacious. Wish we could have spent longer here. Because of a flight delay we didn’t check in until 4am and they were so accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. The lighting system is ridiculous. Any lighting that requires a tutorial upon arrival, however brief, is probably too complicated. It was a “clever” system that was just too clever. Different mood settings for different times of day. How about on/off and maybe a dimmer? A small thing but annoying enough that we all complained about it.

Wonderful accommodations, wish we were there for longer than one night!

Black Pearl apartments were fabulous. Location was top notch. Rooms were very spacious and very well stocked with all you need in the kitchen. Veronica at the front desk was just lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed.
