メトロの駅から近く、旧市街のど真ん中にあります。建物は古いですが、中の設備は最新で、鍵はなく、玄関も自分の部屋も暗証番号であけるホテルです。冷蔵庫やポットなどはありません。 カフェやバル、スーパーマーケットが近くにあり、とても便利でした。 暖かいシャワーが使えるし、部屋もとても清潔で良かったです。 あまりに繁華街なので、夜は外が少し騒がしかったですが、私は気になる程ではありませんでした。 唯一の難点は、エレベーターがなく、古い階段なので荷物を持ち上げるのが少し大変だったことです。たた、私が泊まったのが1階だったので1つ上の階に上がるだけですみ、そこまで大変ではなかったです。

初日にチェックイン前に荷物を置かせて貰おうと思い、12時ごろ呼び鈴を何度も押しましたが返事がなく、近くのレンタルサイクルショップで預かって貰いました。以降滞在中は問題ありませんでした。スーパーマーケットまで5分、新広場から2ブロックで、バル巡りにも最適でした。

地下鉄駅からすぐで、また周囲には魅力的な飲食店も多く、アクセスが大変良いです。 治安も良さそうに感じました。 インターホンを鳴らして開けてもらうので初めは戸惑いましたが、一度経験すれば平気です。 部屋は広くて清潔です。特に洗面所は広く、使いませんでしたが浴槽がありました(他の部屋にもあるのかどうかはわかりません)。 シャワー、水道はけっこう熱いお湯が出ます。 海外のホテルはけっこうお湯の温度が上がらないところが多いので、びっくりしました。 壁はちょっと薄いのか、隣のテレビの音が聞こえることもありました。外の音は聞こえませんでした。 値段も安く大変満足です。またビルバオに行くことができたらまた泊りたいです。

Would return to the same hotel because it was so walkable, close to the old center and relatively quiet even in the middle of the center. Didn't open the windows and balcony doors, so it must be the good sound proofing of the doors. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy. Furnished quite sparsely but the price was reasonable.

Me gusto su ubicación, lo que esta muy incomodo es que hay que subir 3 pisos por las escaleras para llegar a tu cuarto y con el equipaje es difícil

Door de bouwwerkzaamheden tegenover de kamer veel geluidsoverlast. Jammer dat dit niet is aangegeven. De kamer was eigenlijk te duur i.v.m. de overlast.

The room and bathroom were spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is just around the corner from the metro station and super convenient for restaurants and nightlife.

Das Personal spricht kein Englisch, eine Kommunikation ist nicht möglich. Auch auf mehrere Hinweise wurde trotzdem weiterhin ignorant auf Spanisch weitergesprochen. Schade. Zimmer war gut und sauber

Great location in old town with a metro station just around the corner (but you can also easily walk everywhere). Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice and helpful. Could be nice with a sign in the reception with opening hours/be right back if staff are away helping somebody ☺️

Location is fantastic. An easy 3-5 minute walk from the metro station and you’re right in the middle of Casco Viejo. Front desk staff was amazing. Cleaning supplies used have an over-powering odour. Those sensitive to scents might want to avoid. And the room was sweltering. Ceiling fan helped a lot.

Great property for the price! It's centrally located and within walking distance to everything like restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value and location!
