メトロの駅から近く、旧市街のど真ん中にあります。建物は古いですが、中の設備は最新で、鍵はなく、玄関も自分の部屋も暗証番号であけるホテルです。冷蔵庫やポットなどはありません。 カフェやバル、スーパーマーケットが近くにあり、とても便利でした。 暖かいシャワーが使えるし、部屋もとても清潔で良かったです。 あまりに繁華街なので、夜は外が少し騒がしかったですが、私は気になる程ではありませんでした。 唯一の難点は、エレベーターがなく、古い階段なので荷物を持ち上げるのが少し大変だったことです。たた、私が泊まったのが1階だったので1つ上の階に上がるだけですみ、そこまで大変ではなかったです。

初日にチェックイン前に荷物を置かせて貰おうと思い、12時ごろ呼び鈴を何度も押しましたが返事がなく、近くのレンタルサイクルショップで預かって貰いました。以降滞在中は問題ありませんでした。スーパーマーケットまで5分、新広場から2ブロックで、バル巡りにも最適でした。

地下鉄駅からすぐで、また周囲には魅力的な飲食店も多く、アクセスが大変良いです。 治安も良さそうに感じました。 インターホンを鳴らして開けてもらうので初めは戸惑いましたが、一度経験すれば平気です。 部屋は広くて清潔です。特に洗面所は広く、使いませんでしたが浴槽がありました(他の部屋にもあるのかどうかはわかりません)。 シャワー、水道はけっこう熱いお湯が出ます。 海外のホテルはけっこうお湯の温度が上がらないところが多いので、びっくりしました。 壁はちょっと薄いのか、隣のテレビの音が聞こえることもありました。外の音は聞こえませんでした。 値段も安く大変満足です。またビルバオに行くことができたらまた泊りたいです。

Amazing hotel, especially for the price and location. The rooms are great, clean, and very comfortable. The staff at the reception as well as the one in charge of cleaning were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. It’s a block from the metro and walkable from most attractions by a 20 min walk. It does not have a lift, but the staff offered to help.

The hotel is in Casco Viejo, there are many restaurants and stores nearby. The Cathedral is very close and the Metro is a few minutes away. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

Experiencia muy agradable. Habitacion un poco pequeña pero cómoda a la vez.

Situé dans le old Bilbao, il est très bien placé. A 1km du musée Guggenheim. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La chambre est propre. Le lit confortable et douche à l'Italienne avec gel douche et Shampooing à disposition. Je recommande !

In the heart of the old city with lots of restaurants close by, and a 4-min walk from the nearesr metro stop.

The studio on the 3rd floor was outstanding..plenty of room to sit snd talk with my two friends. A large freezer and Fridge..excellent shower. Close to restaurants. Stores and muesums. The shining star was Ivan at the front desk. He was so nice and went above and beyond helping me.arrange a cab to the airport. As.there is no elevator, he also helped.me with my luggage. Thank yOU again. IVAN!

Room and communal areas very clean. Location was amazing

Conveniently located in the heart of the old town, with close access to tram and metro. Smart and spacious rooms within a traditional building. Lots of bars and shops on the doorstep

Good clean room with modern furnishings however there were renovations to the museum across the very narrow alley with lights on all night and very thin curtains which made sleeping problematic. Also the rooms are one or two floors up with a very twisting old wooden staircase with uneven steps so taking luggage up is quite difficult.

We stayed to nights in Bilbao and the location was perfect right in the old town. The room were very clean and the bathroom was also clean. Comfortable bed. Only a small room but that was perfect for us

The room was excellent. No balcony, just a window to a small internal terrace facing other hotel rooms.
