バスターミナルを使う為に利用しました。 ドライヤーがないのが残念でした。あと立地的に仕方がないと思うのですが、トラックの音がうるさすぎて寝れません。

部屋は清潔で過ごしやすかった。とてもリーズナブル

北バスターミナルから、バックを引いて歩ける距離にあり空港へもタクシーで20分ほどで便利。

Está muy cerca del terminal del Norte. Pero, no más. Mi habitación está abierto a la avenida principal donde hay mucho tráfico. Por eso no pude dormir bien.

Safety box was needed fixing.Big noises from the road.No closet. I payed include breakfast,but they said no include.I returned my room and picked up the paper of Expedia.Finally Icould took the breakfast,but they did not apology.

Cada vez que vamos a CDMX, nos hospedamos en este hotel. Mis papás y mis hijos lo hacen igual. Es una excelente opción si de seguridad, limpieza y amabilidad se trata. Cuando tembló el 2 de enero del 2026, fueron unos profesionales para tratar a situación de emergencia. Muy recomendado.

The property and rooms are well and good conditions. But the restaurant is a bad decision, part of the food is served (some hot cream) cold, unflavored and bad smell, something impossible to eat. The waiter informed the restaurant manager, but the latter merely gestured and said it didn't matter—and they charged for it anyway. The problem isn't the cost of the dish or the food itself, but rather the attitude and customer service—or lack thereof—which didn't even include an apology.
