スタッフは皆とても親切でフレンドリーでした。ただ、朝食の食べ物の選択肢があまり食欲をそそらないです。

2泊3日の素晴らしい滞在でした！スタッフとフロントデスクのスタッフのほとんどは親切でフレンドリーです。とても静かで落ち着いた場所です。賑やかなステーション2まで歩いてすぐですが、実際にはビーチフロントのホテルではない（ビーチまで徒歩5分以内）という利点があり、プライバシーと混雑していない雰囲気を楽しめます。ホテルのプールは、水が常に暖かく、深さが最大4フィートで子供用エリアもあるのでとてもリラックスできます。部屋とベッドは問題ありません。エアコンは非常に良く、給湯器は熱すぎず、機能します。バスルームの真鍮のような備品は非常に素敵です。部屋には独自のWiFiモデムがあるため、WiFiも強力です。テレビにはNetflixがありますが、自分のアカウントにサインインする必要があります。ホテルには独自のNetflixアカウントがありません。私にとって小さな欠点は、最初の夜にゴキブリが1匹来たことです。午後に雨が降っていたので、外からドアに侵入したのだと思います。だから、自分たちで取り除きました。でも、私にとっては些細なことなので、もし大きな問題になる方がいたら、フレンドリーなハウスキーピングスタッフが喜んで対応してくれます。丁寧にお願いしてください。全体的に、静かで混雑していない環境、温かいプール、素敵な部屋、手入れの行き届いた庭園などの設備、素晴らしいロケーションなど、このホテルはボラカイ島に来たらまた泊まりたいホテルの 1 つになりました。

家族と 5 日間滞在しました。アクセスしやすく、ビーチフロントに近く、歩いてすぐです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で、プールも素敵でした。強くお勧めします。

Great place to stay in, especially for a family with kids. Spacious room with a large toilet and bath. I love that they have an ante-room where we can eat snacks or dry some clothes. Staff are friendly. A few minutes walk to the beach, exit to the beach is a few steps away from D'Mall. Restaurant has limited food (breakfast only from what I remember), we tried it but were not satisfied with the taste and quality. Anyway, it is not a problem because it is just a few meters away from D'Mall and there are a lot of places there to grab whatever you need.

Our booked room was supposedly at second floor but the attendant gave us a bad room at the first floor. It has bad smell and the beds are wet. We told them and asked to change room which they agreed.

I do not recommend this resort. Management are inconsiderate and didn't allow me to refund or even rebook my booking due to my medical condition.

ここは最高です。部屋もすごく気に入りました。とても広々としていて、ホテルはいつも清潔です。プールも広くて最高です。このホテルをおすすめします。ビーチからは徒歩3～5分とかなり遠いですが、それでも素晴らしいホテルです。

The staff are wonderful but the place needs a lot of improvement. The pool, the food, and the lighting inside the room. I was surprised that I read a number of 5 stars last year's review. Maintenance had to be improved significantly ❤️

The aircon of our room is not functioning well. Pillow case & blankets either have stains already or torn so be careful as they may charge it to you when you check out. We weren't able to use the electronic safety deposit box since it doesn't have any instruction as to how we can set the password. Upper cabinet is quite dusty. Room is somehow dark. You have to ask for a one time time password to connect with their wifi. Overall, the staffs are accommodating and friendly. It is only 3 minutes away from beach front. The area is secured & it is also a plus point that they have a certain area where you can hang your wet clothes. 😊

Staff are nice and the hotel location is good but the rooms are full of mosquitos and smelly to the point that we don’t want to stay for the whole day. U need to buy air freshener for a good sleep and note make sure to count your towel every room cleaning service because they will charge you for the lost count of towel inside the room and it will cost 700php each. It was enough experience no next time .

Nobody informed that the pool was not ready. And that was one of the reasons we chose this place above other hotels.

Everything went fine. Staff were helpful. Clean and spacious rooms. Just a suggestion to the staff, maintain the air conditioning unit at room 230 cause it was not as cold as hoped but nonetheless the place is perfect. Tip: eat at hoy, panga! They have a 10% discount if you're staying at summer palace.

No food only during breakfast. Bad aircon. Small room. Bad service. So noisy because of the Hennan hotel construction beside the building going on. No room service since no food. Expensive room

Stayed for two nights. Great property, excellent staff.

Our stay here was great! The room is clean and spacious. Pool is clean. The staffs are friendly and approachable. Breakfast is good. The location is 2-3 mins walk to the white beach. They have their own beach access with security guards. Will highly recommend this place and will book here again soon. Thanks Boracay Summer Palace! Need to improve: The resort's signage from the white beach is small and may not be clearly visible for other tourists.

The staff were so nice and kind. Cleans the room everyday. A short walk going to the beach but you’ll get to check out the souvenir shops along the way.

Relaxing and beautiful place to stay over.

スタッフはとても親切でした。とても気に入りました。よく整備されていて、ビーチで一日中遊んだ後にゆっくり休める静かな場所でもあります。
