客室は広く清潔 スタッフの対応もとても良かった レセプションでお願いするとお湯は貰えたが、部屋に電気ケトルがあると良かった またデスク周りに電源があると更に良いと思う

車での旅だったので、駐車場のある中心地のホテルということで宿泊しました。ホテルの裏側に安全なパーキングがありました。徒歩圏内に美味しいケバブのお店がありました。ホテルは最上階だったということもあり、窓は高いところにあり外を見ることができませんでした。しかし朝食も温かいパンを食べることもでき、ホテルの従業員の方も親切で、価格に見合った素敵なホテルでした。またハンガリーを訪れるときは宿泊したいホテルです。お世話になりました。

随所にプラントが置かれていて気持ちが良い空間でした。 朝食も美味しかった。 スタッフの対応と笑顔は最高でした！

バスターミナルまでトラムで数駅で便利です！部屋も綺麗で朝食も付いていて素晴らしいです。

バスターミナルからトラムで来ることができ、ホテルの目の前がトラムの駅。 主な観光地にも徒歩で行くことができる。

I stay here often when travelling for work. Clean, functional, friendly, good value, good access to public transport and walking distance to many central locations and activities, some bars and takeaway and convenience store nearby.

Great location, staff were welcoming. Breakfast was basic but enough choice for vegetarians.

This place was perfectly fine for our 1 night stay. Parking was reasonable at 15 euros

Bom café da manhã. Próximo à região histórica, podendo caminhar apenas uns 10 minutos. Recepção prestativa, inclusive antecipando nosso check-in. Lamentei apenas porque o nosso quarto estava sem frigobar. No entanto, nada que comprometa à hospedagem.

Room was large, good bed, spacious bath. Good location easy to walk to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions

The Hotel Garden in Zagreb was a wonderful experience. The beds were firm, but not unforgivingly hard as in most European hotels. The staff was the real jewell of the hotel. They were pleasant, kind and helpful in so many ways. The hotel is in a great location with ready access to the tram system, and easy to walk to most of the sites downtown. The breakfast was ample and had sufficient variety with nice pastries.

Super friendly

Room was hot but staff explained at checkin that the city controls the heat in the building and it was beyond their control. At least the windows opened. Rooms could use a refresh and a deep cleaning, but I assumed that might be the case and booked the room for one night only bc they have onsite parking and the location is walkable.

Great Breakfast and comfortable room

The room that was given to us was really bad due to location. The hotel was located on a busy street where trams go all the time and the room is shaking every time they pass. We were wondering if we were given such bad room because we booked through Expedia and they give better rooms to other travelers? It was just weird because the hotel was less than 50% occupied. The breakfast is ok. I had it worse. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfy. The location is good and close to other places. Parking is limited but we were lucky enough to park there. We would definitely NOT go there again even we visit Zagreb quite often.
