バレンシアの観光には欠かせない中心部に位置するカテドラルから歩いて2〜3分ほどのキッチン付きのホテルです。窓からの景色も含めて、バレンシアに住んでいるかのような感じを味わえます。どこへ行くにもアクセスが良く、次回もここに泊まれたらと思います。スタッフも親切で、これだけのホテルにこの値段で泊まれるのはとてもお値打ちかと思います。

シャワールームには洗面用具を置く場所がないので、多少困りましたが、フラットタイプなのでキッチン等を使えば問題ないです。市街地ど真ん中の上に、周辺はおしゃれで静か。かなりおすすめです。ただし、夜間はスタッフは常駐していませんので、遅くに到着はできないと思います。

改装中で、ホテルはおおわれており、通りを眺めることはできない。歯ブラシの常備がなく不便。ホテルはトラディショナルで落ち着いた雰囲気。

観光をするのに立地が最高です。全て徒歩圏内にあります。改装したてのように新しく、設備、部屋の広さも申し分ありません。スタッフも感じが良く親切です。ただ、小さな広場に面しているので、カフェ、レストランのテーブル席が外に沢山あり、夜中２時過ぎまで賑やかな会話、歌声が聞こえてきました。部屋によると思いますが、音に敏感な方は難しいかも。

バレンシアの真ん中でカテドラルも市場もすぐ近くです。　市場は建物も趣があり、バルセロナほど観光化されていなくてお勧めです。　難を言えばタオルを替えてもらうにはお金がいること。　ゴミ箱を空にしてくれないことなどです。　冬だったのでそれほど困りませんでしたが。　内装はとてもきれいでした。

Great property, in excelent condition. Very friendly staff.

If you value comfort DO NOT stay here. Absolutely sterile. Bed hard as a rock you have to ask for dish or laundry soap. The only good thing is the location. Very walkable to cafes and sites. We were going to leave after 1 night. However Benoit did the best he could to make us more comfortable. He’s the only reason we stayed the 4 nights. Will never return. Reminded me of a college dorm.

Excellent apartment, everything is clean and well taken care of. Excellent communication with us. Competent and friendly staff. Perfect service! We will definitely be back.

Outstanding spot with convenience to entire historical center, direct access to parking garage well designed place. I will stay here next time I'm in Valencia!

Overall nice but the vent in the bedroom had black mould around it. And it was quite noisy from both inside the building and outside

A great place Clean Beautiful and an excellent location in the old city.

Overall a very nice property in a great location. But because there are no carpets or rugs in the units, you can hear every single sound in the unit above you. Spent 2 nights and got very little sleep.

Nice place in nice location

Well I booked the penthouse with a beautiful outdoor space months before our visit, got an email saying they had a flood and that room was not available. They gave us a 2 bedroom with no outdoor space for exactly the same money, definitely not what I paid for. Talked to hotels.com and the manager was not available for 2 days, found that bizarre as we live in an age where people always have phones on them, definitely this was not a priority for this manager. We found another place but by the time we were finally contacted, we gave up so just stayed. Was supposed to get a whopping $85.00 credit still have not seen it. The place was very clean. Will not stay there again due to the poor communication by the manager and no refund.
