レセプションの位置が分かりづらかった

広さは申し分ない。所々、少し古いかなと思うところはあったが、そんなに気にはならない。5日間滞在したが、タオルを自分たちで洗濯しなければならないのが面倒。ゴミも最終日にエレベーターホール横のシューターから捨てなければならないが、入れるところが狭すぎてやりにくい。そう言ったルームサービス面が不満。

最寄りのトラムの停留所やDFO South Wharfまで徒歩2〜3分程度で、夜景もきれいで私立地には申し分ありません。 施設もとても清潔に保たれています。

国際会議で10日以上泊まりました。駅から歩けますし周りにはたくさんのレストランやスーパーなどがありす。施設も綺麗に保たれてます。室内は生活に必要なものはほぼすべて揃ってます。外食が高い中、料理も洗濯も快適にでき最高でした。 また泊まりたいです。

全豪オープンテニスの為に6泊しました。トラム駅、空港へのバス停、電車駅、飲食店、コンビニ、スーパー棟へま徒歩圏内なため、アクセス良好でした。 受付も親切で、サービスも良かったです！

写真通りかそれ以上のクオリティで大満足です、また同じ地域に旅行するなら絶対リピートしたいです。

Nice accommodation close to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. All of the stuffs are friendly and nice.

設備は必要十分ですし、ロケーションも良いです。 難点としては、出入口にセキュリティがかかっているため、チェックイン時には現地スタッフに連絡してドアを開けてもらう必要があります。別料金のWiFiは、機器の充電に少しコツがいります（緩めに充電コネクターを接続しないと充電できない）。

フロントレセプションの場所は小さな部屋で表示もありません。係り員が常駐でないので、英会話の弱い人は苦労するかもしれません。我々もフロントへ辿り着くのに難儀をしました。カジノやコンベンション設備など周辺の遊び所は豊富にあり楽しめます。

学会場のすぐ目の前で便利でした。ただ、高層ビルの何室かを貸しているようでチェックインの時に電話でスタッフを呼ばなければ建物の中には入れないので最初だけ戸惑いました。しかし、その後はセキュリティーキーで出入りが自由ですので快適に過ごすことができました。

Great clean room and location

Room was clean, quiet, great location. Spacious for 3 people, well equipped and easy walking distance to Crown, Southbank and South Wharf DFO. Easy tram ride to Flinders Street, tram leaves outside and it’s a straight tram ride. Would definitely stay again.

When we first walked in it seemed lovely. But there are a few things that definitely need your attention. The ensuite bathroom was a disaster. The toilet continually filled up 24 hours a day...there was black hair all over the floor , there was mould in the shower, the right hand sink wouldn't drain so we didn't use it at all and the smell coming out of the drain was awful. You told us to use the towels from our room for the pool and spa,,but what we were supposed to use when we came back to shower? In the kitchen you need at least one tea towel to dry the few dishes we used and more detergent. The beds were comfy and linen was nice. There needs to be better communication about where to check in as well. We wandered around for ages trying to find out where to go.

1br apartment room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect for conference, shopping, entertainment and leisure. Stand out for me was the lap pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Would definitely stay here again.

Room very clean. Good view from room (river view room). Prob great for medium term stay- has pretty much everything incl stovetop, oven, big fridge/freezer, and laundry machine with dryer as well. This is apartment , not hotel, so no routine daily servicing. Location great- convenience store just downstairs, eateries plenty, and tram station 2min walk, train station 5min walk

Good location. But needs blockout curtains. Venetian blinds not adequate and too much light coming in and poor privacy

Great place to stay as I had a conference across the river at the Convention Centre. Perfect location with restaurants, outlet shopping and even a couple of small supermarkets nearby. Property was neat and tidy with comfortable beds and a great view.

Apartment was nothing like the photos - a lot older and more rundown. Drains need a clean, terrible smell coming from them. I'd say overpriced for what you get, but location for us was excellent.

To much construction atm, excellent property. Great for Southbank Access!
