It was nice to walk to beach, and buy something, and to spend in room.

深夜のチェックインでも対応してくれて感じのいい受付でした。従業員は笑顔でサービスもよい。立地は娯楽施設、買い物等へ、徒歩10分圏内で最高。改善点としてはWi-Fiが弱いことです。

閑散期に行ったせいか施設はガランとしていましたがスタッフは良い方でした。

Stayed for my business for a week. Very helpful staffs and excellent cost performance. Hot water is not easily available, which some people may feel uncomfortable, but was acceptable for me at least because of the hot local climate.

Hôtel bien situé, idéal pour se déplacer facilement et profiter des alentours. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable. En revanche, il y avait un problème de pression dans la douche, ce qui est un peu dommage. À noter également l’absence de fenêtre, ce qui peut gêner certaines personnes. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct malgré ces quelques points à améliorer.

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado

Definitely not as good as the pictures. It is chaotic and loud. Not recommended. Unfortunately we booked it non refundable so and we were only there for a night and we have to leave because the conditions of the property are just not ideal. Don’t go there, waste of money

everything was fine

It’s just very hard to find this hotel even though it’s just blocks away from night life area. Hotel is passable and sleep-able doesn’t have much else we stayed here for a night since our flight was late at night,the next day we checked in to our all inclusive hotel.

Looks abandoned

Staff was amazing. Location very central in the hotel zone.. half the time there wasn't hot water but it's common for mexico. Two pool tables free to use. As we were leaving they were fixing the hot tub by the pool tables. The hotel had so much character unlike the white washed other hotels. Beautiful Mayan statues outside, water fall beside the staircase to go outside. 100% book again

Hola, buenas tardes, todo estuvo excelente, desde el personal siempre muy amable y atento. Todos los servicios muy bien desde tener agua caliente. Lo único que puedo poner cómo observación, es que la habitación que me toco no tenía ventana y sí me sentía muy encerrada, pero de todo estuvo excelente. Los felicito. Gracias por todo.

shower have no hot water sometime cold water comes sometimes hot water. You cannot take the shower.
