ホテル内の調度品が興味深く、造りも美しい。全て階段なので脚が悪いと大変だが、タスコの街全体がそうなので仕方ない。

バスルームに落ちていたドアの飾り鋲を夫が踏んでしまい怪我をしました。わりと大きくて錆びついたやつ。眼鏡を外していたので、気づかず結構、流血しました。ホテルには消毒液、脱脂綿、紙絆創しかなかったですが、まぁ、血も止まったしいいかと。血で汚れた服も洗濯してもらいましたし。翌朝フロントで、破傷風ワクチンしているかと聞かれたので、していないと答えると病院を勧められ、連れていってくれました。一軒目はワクチンがなかったらしく、二軒目の病院で拙い英語とスペイン語で医者とのやりとりの上、接種しました。時間もなくなり、そのままバスターミナルからメキシコシティに帰ることに。タスコの街を散歩することもなく、何も買い物できず。何か一つでも銀製品欲しかった。。。

暖房器具が無く、寒かった

タスコに行くならみんなここに泊まればいいのに！と思うほど素晴らしいホテルでした。お値段以上に建物の雰囲気も調度品もテラスからの眺めも全て最高です。スタッフの方もみんな感じがよく、チェックアウト後の荷物も快く預かってくれました。自信をもって絶対おススメです。

Hermoso hotel, muy recomendable....

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado hace mucho calo, mucho ruido, se nos cobro extras, la recepcionista muy NEFASTA, poco amable.

Hotel pequeño, atención personalizada. Muy bien ubicado cerca del centro y lugares de atracción turísticas. El cuarto amplio y cómodo.

Pros: The property is beautiful, with a great rooftop deck (which could be better utilized with more furniture) and discounted parking nearby. Lots of steps. Very nice, helpful staff. Cons: Only 2 outlets per room. Very noisy. No AC and very hot in April. Shower pressure is very weak, and it takes a long time to get hot water. WiFi service is terrible: slow and unreliable (much better at the hotel across the street and all the nearby restaurants). Could use some refreshing/remodeling.

Terraza grandisima con muy buena vista

Es un encantador hotel en el centro de un tradicional pueblito. El hotel muy limpio, el personal muy amigable y en general, mucha atención al detalle.

El personal muy amable, el hotel era bonito y céntrico, solo como comentario la comida estaba algo desabrida y la segunda cama de la habitación que me tocó era muy dura, despertaba con dolor en el cuerpo

We had high expectations for Los Arcos, but the experience fell short. We originally booked the suite, which turned out to be extremely noisy. The hotel moved us to a smaller, less expensive room and assured us the price difference would be refunded through Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they told us the hotel declined to adjust the booking cost. In the end, we paid the higher suite rate for a lower‑priced room. This was disappointing and not the level of service we anticipated from either Los Arcos or Expedia.

Cómodas las habitaciones, limpias y muy amable la encargada de recepción, volvería con gusto🙂

Todo muy bien con el Hotel Los Arcos; hace recordar y te lleva al ambiente colonial de estos pueblos mágicos, incluso de tiempos perdidos ya hace un rato.

Si todo bien buena atención y limpieza solo una queja en una de los cuartos le picaron las chinches o pulgas a mi hija
