Simple checkin

Felt unsafe looked like a place for desolate people

The first room that we were given that was supposed to be ready was literally torn apart. The second one that was “ready “ was still filthy. We were tired and they didn’t have any other rooms so we stayed. Nothing was clean. The freezer and fridge both had nasty food in them and it took 2 hours for them to bring us bedding and 2 towels ( for 3 people) there were roaches everywhere. You’re better off sleeping under a bridge somewhere.

The individuals that own the place are doing a great job. It may not be dive star hotel but I wasn’t looking for that. When I went to check out, it was pouring down rain & the house cleaner offered me here umbrella and then proceeded to help get the other stuff down stairs for me. I recommend this place. I didn’t care if nothing really matched or I’d it was outdated, the thing is , I had no problem with anyone there. You all did a hell of a job. Thank you Pa I think they are trying to stay open while also renevating while staying open. Anyways, keep up the great work 💯

Unclean room. Bugs flying around, broken electric sockets. Would never stay at this place again. We booked at the last minute, but it was a bad decision.

Had to ask for bar soap, no trash pick-up or fresh towels & linen within 4-day stay

Not the worst place I've stayed...but far cry from good. First off no continental breakfast like listing states. No toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo or any of the simple little basics you generally expect even with a cheap motel. Bed side lamps didnt have bulbs, so only option was over head lights on or off.

Great

As soon as we walked in, I noticed the broken AC unit. I called and asked for another room, but not before I saw a roach climbing up the wall. The staff accommodated us another room and as soon as we step foot inside, we noticed 3 roaches and a flying bug in the room. We immediately checked out.

Old run down

it so so dirty we did not stay sheet all riped bugs dirty and smelled real bad waiting on a refund cancelled our whole trip and drive 3.5 hour back home

Should have known what I was in for when the sign at the night check-in window said, "no refunds after ten minutes". I dreaded opening the door to the room on sight. Inside it was visibly infested with crawling roaches. The attendant was gracious enough, probably having gotten used to the refund requests. Expedia handled it wonderfully, but let's be truthful...this hotel shouldn't be listed on this site to begin with.

I've always stayed only time I ask get my money back only got 30 of it and when ever I ask manger like I post to never got it back so I should have one free night room I had didn't have toilet seat or anything tv didn't work

Dirty no towels smelled and took forever to check in lady on duty was sleepin and did not wake up

The driveway is nothing but huge craters , barely able to get to room . Beds were uncomfortable. Ice machine was across a parking lot and was unplugged. No breakfast as advertised

Lots of potholes in driveway bathroom not clean do not recommend anybody stay in there. Only advantage is that it’s cheap
