総合評価とレビュー ibis Avignon Centre Pont de l'Europe

城壁沿いに駅から歩いて10分ほど。コストと移動に便利な場所を重視して選んで、その点からは満足。さすがibis、平均点はクリア、清潔でよかった。でもアヴィニョン滞在ならやはり利便性を考えると城壁内のホテルがいいかも。

Very close to the central train station (TGV is about 5km away). Very close to the old town and pretty much everything to see. Quiet in April, hotel staff were very helpful

This is a really nice hotel just outside the city walls and opposite the tram terminus. The room was quiet and the perfect temperature, ensuite bathroom very good. Staff were friendly.

good breakfast and friendly staff; Palais of the 9 Popes can be reached on foot; Tramway stopp in front of the hotel takes you direct to the train station, which however does't work for TGV-trains; there in a separate train-station for them, about 10 minutes away by taxi, which costs up to € 20,-- extra

Parking near the hotel is free on Sundays, and there’s a temporary spot right at the entrance to unload luggage. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, with the historic city wall just outside the door. While one staff member initially had limited English, another stepped in to assist with check-in and spoke very fluent English. All staff members were patient and helpful throughout our stay.

So, this was our second time ever staying at an ibis Hotel. Our first stay had its... pluses and minuses. For what we wanted to do and see, we were about a 20- or 30-minute walk away. To our great surprise, not only was the bathroom free from that classic mildew aroma, it actually had a working vent! With that said, the shower doors may as well have been imaginary. Water just seemed to pour right under those worn acrylic doors and flood the floor. Sigh. Oh well... The rooms are tiny, and the bathroom is even tinier, but it worked for what we needed. We were really just using the room to sleep. Breakfast was fine—no issues or complaints there. We didn’t interact much with the front desk, probably because of the language barrier, but nothing major came up. Just like the ibis in Rouen, this place had the vibe of an upscale hostel. This one did seem to attract more of a business crowd than tourists, but hey, I guess everyone’s trying to save a buck these days.

Llegamos muy temprano con la intensión de poder visitar bien de la ciudad de Avignon y nos asomamos al hotel únicamente con la idea de ver la posibilidad de guardar el equipaje. Para nuestra sorpresa, la habitación estaba lista y nos permitieron ingresar anticipadamente. Muchas gracias por ser tan amables!

Séjour très agréable, nous avons passé un très bon moment à Avignon

Mon séjour de quelques jours à l'hôtel Ibis d'Avignon durant le festival en juillet s'est très bien passé ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'amabilité du personnel et leur écoute. L'hôtel est très calme, la terrasse est agréable, le petit déjeuner est complet et la chambre spacieuse. J'y reviendrais, c'est sûr, l'année prochaine !

Très propre avec tout ce qu'on a besoin pour une nuit confortable. Le petit déjeuner peut être pris sur une belle terrasse ombragée.

Très bon séjour. Une erreur de date de la part du système (hôtels.com ? Ibis ?) : les choses ont été résolues heureusement mais petit coup de stress, donc bien se munir du reçu de réservation pour éviter d’être chargé injustement. Situation parfaite pour le festival, chambre propre et fonctionnelle, literie confortable, bien insonorisé et personnel agréable.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sound isolation to the hall was abysmal and we were woken up several times in the night and early morning by other guests going to and from their rooms, talking. There were also renovation works going on from 9:45 am. We did not get enough towels - only for the body and feet, nothings for hands/face. One of the towels was a bit stained. The location was quite good (just outside the city walls), there was an elevator and no pets allowed.

Manque parking

Needed a few minutes to get to the town centre on foot. Limited eating options in the immediate area. Cleaning staff did not follow the rule about not replacing towels unless requested. Overall - a good stay in a beautiful purpose built hotel with efficient and helpful staff.
