we booked the room with 2 queen beds that should house 4 persons, and yet are given only 2 towels. extra towels will be charged. there is no floor mat/towel to wipe our feet as we exit from the bathroom causing the floor outside the toilet to be wet and slippery. the toilet is smelly with water pooling even before we use the toilet. Room amenities are poor. Cups & saucers are dirty and of low quality. Would not recommend unless have too stay & no others hotels or resorts are available. So disappointed.

Kawasan hotel yang tenang, parking kereta luas, bilik luas. tapi air dalam bilik mandi sangat perlahan, & salur air mandi tersumbat. Sedikit rasa terkilan berkenaan dengan tandas & bilik mandi, yang lain semua ok & terbaik.

Bau yang kurang menyenangkan. Makanan tak banyak pilihan. But I like the pool. Bilik kurang sejuk.

Hotel usang, tiada yang bantu hantar barang ke bilik atau ke kereta, signage very poor, poor lightnings.

Bilik yang luas, kolam cantik, breakfast sedap, tapi tuala dapat 1 je untuk standart room, mintak extra x dapat, telefon tiada kabel, parking terhad.

Kolam bersih dan kaunter service ok. Tetapi bilik tidak dijaga elok. Selimut koyak berlubang. Bantal keadaan terlalu uzur. Harap boleh diperbaiki atau diganti.

Staff semua bagus dan prihatin. Namun service agak lambat sepatutnya check in jam 2 pm tapi kami kebetulan smpi lewat pada jam 4 pm tapi bilik yang ditempah masih belum dikemas,dan perlu tunggu hampir setangah jam. Sarapan kurang variety. Saya berharap mereka dapat tingkatkan prestasi.

the beddings clean. bathroom clean too. aircond and water heater worked fine. overall satisfactory for accommodation. food served was not really good, salty and oily. limited choices for breakfast and slow to refill. pool was ok ,just abit too crowded because it was open to the public too. over all I rate it 6/10.

Bilik kurang kemas dan kurang bersih tak sama sewaktu saya menginap kali pertama dulu, layanan para pekerja alhamdulillah bagus.

The room is smelly. The pool is quite big but it was also opened for outsiders. It would be okay if you re not going here during holiday but if it was school holiday or public holiday the pool will be crowded with too many people. Please improve this for better service.

Bilik yang tidak kondusif. Towel tak disediakan, remote TV tidak dibekalkan, arles call reception, tindall diambil, however breakfast terbaik, banyak menu.

1. Cockroaches in the room. 2. Phone line not working. 3. Towels not available in the room and need to be requested. 4. Water in the bathroom was slow. 5. Bathroom door cannot be properly closed. 6. Breakfast only free for 2 even though we booked for 4 people.

Air-conditioned not functioning properly, swimming pool can't used, dirty environment. No breakfast as promises.

Keadaan bilik kurang selesa layanan kurang memuaskan. Sahur makanan sama je walau stay dua malam. Bilik tidak dikemas pada hari kedua, alasan tak ada kunci.
