総合評価とレビュー OYO 90727 Hotel Mini Indah

6 名でダブルベッド 3 台を予約しましたが、ダブルベッド 2 台しかありませんでした。

Toilet untuk kamar 205 bocor sehingga airnya keluar dari pipa mengalir ke lantai, dan kurang bersih kamarnya.

Parking tak disediakan hingga kena saman tapi pihak hotel tak bertanggungjawab. Tak disarankan bermalam di sini. Bad service. Customer service tak mesra pelanggan.👎🏿.

They fail to manage customer need on that date. So I cancel my booking at my own cost even though I and my family already there. I don't think to choose this facility for future trip.

Sistem check in nya mudah. Cukup Whatsapp atau telepon yang tertera dalam pintu lobby hotel. Saya tiba di hotel jam 3.30 pagi dan bisa check in dengan mudah

Parking kereta tidak disediakan, air panas pump rosak, mandi pakai cebuk baldi, harga sangat murah

Layanan staf yang baik, lokasi yang yang bagus.

Bilik teruk. Bau yang tidak menyenangkan. Berbau hapak dan tidak boleh bernafas.

The room is nice and comfortable. The receptionist are very nice and friendly.

Tidak boleh dikategorikan sebagai hotel. Worst.

Yang kurang bagus: 1. Tiada cerek air elektrik (kettle). 2. Lantai pecah dan melekit 3. Tandas tidak diselenggara dengan sempurna. (sepanjang malam dengar bunyi air, seperti paip bocor). Syiling tandas pecahdan tidak diganti. Tempat letak "bidet spray" tiada. 4. Wifi tak boleh digunakan. Yang bagus: 1. 2 katil (queen bed) yang selesa.

Sesuai untuk penginapan yang budget. Berada di tengah town.

The air conditioner was not functioning well. It take time of them to fix it and it make us feel unpleasant with this situation. The picture of the rooms and the real on is differ. Hopefully property can improve the quality of the service.

Hotel dekat bandar, berbaloi dengan harga.

Berbaloi dengan harga jika cari hotel yang budget, boleh menginap di sini.

Tekanan air rendah, bilik berpasir, lantai buruk.

Kawasan yang strategik kerana di tengah bandar. Not bad, selesa, cuma masa check in lewat malam, lantai berpasir dan tuala tidak disediakan lebih awal. Tiada alas kaki di luar pintu bilik air. Harus ditambah baik.

Bilik bersih, cuma TV dalam bilik saya sewa tidak berfungsi

1. i book family room but when i arrive at the hotel, the staff said that's no family room available..we should split room with my family..a staff said they can give my money back if i dont want to stay there..but it's ok..we are tired to searching another hotel.. 2.to many mosquitoes 3.the room was not clean..lots of dust and lizard dung😅 4.you must request for towel..there's no towel in the room..only 1 towel per room😑 5.before you book, make sure you search hotel room rate.
