Historic building from the 15th century was impressive and hotel staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast at the patio was very cozy. Will stay at this hotel again.

受付時のスタッフの女性に好感が持てなかった。笑顔はないし口調が冷たい。スイートに泊まったが 設備のデザインが仰々しく趣味ではなかった。

滞在前の口コミがあまりにも良かったので他の５星ホテルをキャンセルしてこちらにしました。チェックインの時にロビーがあまりにも暗くてびっくり。クラシックな雰囲気が好きな方には良いと思います。テレビや洗面室などはモダンになっていてシャワー室も広くて使いごこちが良かったです。ただルームキーがカードでなく錠前なのが不便でした。評判の朝食も卵料理はその場で焼いてくれますが他のものが甘いお菓子やケーキに偏り過ぎていました。私は特に良いとも思わずペンション風のホテルの普通の朝食という感じがしました。 でもお値段からいったら部屋も広いし落ち着いて泊まれると思います。安いと思います。 ただやっぱり中心街の入口まで１０分ぐらいかかるのが面倒でした。夜は人通りも少なく怖かったです。

素晴らしいホテルです。まるで、昔にタイムスリップしたようなお部屋でした。また、特にスタッフの対応が良かった。ただ、シャワーが頭上に固定されているものしかなかったのが残念。ハンドヘルドのシャワーヘッドがあると、完璧でした。

綺麗なホテルでしたが、夜遅くまで、みんなが騒いでる声か聞こえ、うるさかった。

要塞を改造したホテルか、、、 なんとも言えない雰囲気がある。スペインで言えばパラドール。ただし、交通は少し不便。駅から１km、旧市街から５〜７００mあり。買い物も不便。 当方らはレンタカーで便利（駐車場で迷ったが、、、）。車なら便利だろう。 雰囲気は趣がありすごく良い。バンケットはあるのだが、レストランはやっていなかった。 季節外れでもあり格安だったのが嬉しいところ。

豪華な朝食だった。絞りたてのオレンジが最高 テラスがたくさんあった。１泊しかできなっかたのが残念。 中世の城が夢のようだった。

As acomodações estavam limpas. O colchão é muito duro, bem desconfortável.O café da manhã era razoável Faltava reposição Houve 2 eventos no hotel, um acabando às 23h e o outro a meia noite. Isso atrapalha bastante. Funcionários prestativos. A recepção não funciona 24 h. Valeu pela experiência de ficar em um castelo

Effortless check in from very warm and welcoming staff. The room was amazing, spacious and above my expectations. Breakfast was good with a very warm, friendly lady behind the counter. I really can’t fault my experience. Being made felt welcome is so important.

Beautiful place with great pool and wonderful staff, they had a couple of events so restaurant was unavailable - disappointing as it was a long drive for us / and I really don’t like driving at night to eat - even so / front desk arranged a restaurant reservation in the old town but warned parking could be an issue - after 45 minutes trying to park - gave up “ HANGRY “ / a place like this really should offer food .

Room, staff and breakfast were all stellar . Parking is quite easy on the street for 2 Euro per day

The property was extremely unique and has some picturesque places to sit. The rooms were large and comfortable. Unfortunately this hotel caters to events and so hotel guests are an after thought. Getting a cocktail appeared to be an inconvenience and the bar is just for show. There were events every day we stayed and so the hotel was a buzz with business people or party goers limiting where we could go or sit. Breakfast was good and there was a wonderful array of foods and the service was good. I’m gluten free and so there was limited options for me.

The property was very unique and the rooms were large and quite well appointed however the hotels main focus appears to be events and conferences and as such the needs and requests of hotel guests seems to be an annoyance to staff. We were provided incorrect timings by reception staff for access to the bar due to a function and holding our bags also seemed to be an inconvenience for them. The location of the hotel was close to the old town but I would definitely check what events are scheduled during your stay to optimise your experience. I would add the breakfast was lovely and did help improve our overall experience.

Magnifique endroit. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit et son emplacement est très pratique pour visiter Lecce ou le reste des Pouilles. L’hôtel se situe dans un monument historique magnifiquement restauré et entretenu. La chambre est belle et très bien équipée. La cour intérieure est une parenthèse enchantée (encore plus la nuit avec ses éclairages)

This property is exquisite. It is used for many stunning events. I had stayed in this hotel years ago and never forgot how beautiful it is. But as we are now a bit older, and the hotel is a few blocks beyond the town gate, we requested to be moved to their sister hotel in town, Policastro Boutique hotel. The staff made this happen seamlessly and with grace. Both hotels are of the highest quality. The bar and breakfast were 5-star and the room was very comfortable and lovely.

The rooms were amazing. The staff very nice. I loved the place it was gorgeous.

Just wow. Such a cool place. It’s like sleeping in a castle.
