11時でしたが心良くチェックインさせて頂きました。またチェックアウトも11時を過ぎていましたが気持ち良く対応して頂きスタッフの良さを感じました

Por favor, pongan que el “desayuno continental” incluido es un pinche café y un pan o fruta, ya que realmente el desayuno se paga aparte. Además, en recepción me dijeron que el desayuno estaría disponible a partir de la 7 AM y abrió hasta después de 7:30 AM.

Lugares bonitos limpio cercas de muchas cosas. Lamentablemente en la noche se ve un poco difícil la calle pero ya que estés adentro está bien.

Not costly, and close to border

We arrived on Friday Sept 19 afternoon. The young lady at the registration desk was not friendly. She was cold and seemed angry toward us. But the other staff were fantastic. Special thanks to David. David was warm and friendly every time we saw him. Thanks to the morning masseuse who was very friendly too. We enjoyed the breakfast at your restaurant and the waiter was very friendly as well. I wanted to give 5 stars but the attitude of the young lady at the registration desk was not good

Great property with a very secured parking lot thanks to Jose & Gerardo. Great restaurant, too, thanks to Jose Luis on the grill.

El hotel bien, los alrededores no son los mejores pero considerando qué estas en el centro de Tijuana es de esperarse

Everything is good clinig staff starts to clean the rooms like a 7 am to much nois

El personal muy déspota, parece que le hacen un favor con estar ahí, parece que es un refugio, y sus servicios son gratis

Easy to get to tge cathedral and shopping stores, obviously is not closer to plaza rio where the nice shopping stores are but its convenient

Very clean, hot water and strong water pressure. Also very cold AC offered. The pillows are a bit too hard and thick for me, but otherwise everything else was great.

Great safe place with wonderful hard working people
