丁寧でプロフェッショナルなホテルです。子供用のトイレタリーも用意されていて、とても可愛いです。

Menyenangkan, pelayanan ramah, cepat, ke MRT tinggal turun eskalator

The room was quite spacious but lack of sofa. There were only one study chair and one small and stiff “rocking chair” which was uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that was oke.

The room very small. And the bell boy is not friendly and is not dexterous in helping to lift the luggage

The food awesome, we had beautiful Holiday at JW Marriot Hotel Singapore.

dibawah hotel ini dekat dengan MRT (esplanade) lokasinya strategis dekat beberapa mall di south beach seperti suntec city mall, raffles city mall. pelayanannya juga sangat baik. satu lagi untuk breakfastnya makanan nya enak2.

Letak hotel dekat banget dengan MRT esplanade (di bawah hotel) dan banyak mal (suntec city mal, raffles city) di sekitarnya. Pelayanan dan fasilitas oke.

Staff hotel yang ramah dan menyenangkan, di bawah hotel ada starbucks dan Lady M dan dekat dengan stasiun MRT (Esplanade dan Cityhall) mempermudah akses kemana saja. View kolam renang nya juara. Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Kamar sangat bagus, cantik, luas, bersih sangat nyaman bikin betah pas untuk bulan madu dan keluarga, Kamar mandi bersih pelayanan waktu mau check-in sangat ramah sekali dan sangat membantu sekali karena ini pertama kali kami ke Singapore mereka memberi saran untuk wisata kemana saja dan saya kesulitan dalam bahasa mereka sangat membantu. Benar-benar recommended sekali, next kami kesini pasti akan menginap disini lagi, terima kasih J.W Marriott untuk pelayanannya yang sangat istimewa.

I had most pleasant stay here because not only the excellent facility of the hotel but also its only 5 minutes to the mall and to the MRT Station.

Kamar sebenarnya tidak terlalu luas karena terpotong dengan adanya lorong dari pintu, staf ramah banget saya suka, Makanan enak (pemesanan makanan malam), sayang ketika minta selimut harus ditelepon berkali kali baru datang (menunggu cukup lama).
