最後の日にホテルの専用カーでバスステーションまで送って頂きまして本当に大変助かりました。それを手配してくれたフロントの女性スタッフの方に感謝申し上げます。

プチホテルですが立地が良いです。新しくエレベータも設置され荷物運びが楽です。 スタッフの方がレストランなども探してくれました。何より専用朝食レストランのクロワッサンは美味です。また利用したいホテルです。

立地がとにかく便利。観光の中心地は目の前。長距離ホテルターミナル、フェリー乗り場までも徒歩で行けるので近隣へ出かける時も便利。ただ小さいホテルなのでロビー等はないので部屋以外ではゆっくり出来ない。又ナロドゥニ広場は夜2時から3時ごろまでうるさいので夜静かなところが良い人には向かないホテルだと思う。 また空港からバスで長距離バスターミナルに到着した後スーツケースがあるのでタクシーでホテルに行こうとしたが、あまりに近すぎて断られ5－600メートルの距離をスーツケースを押して歩くことになった。 帰りは雨の予想でホテルに何とかならないかと話したところゴルフカートを無料で手配してくれスーツケースを雨の中押して歩く必要無かったが予約をした段階でこのサービスを提示してもらえれば良かった。 部屋は新しく、清潔。ただバスタブ無。冷蔵庫はあるが電気キャトル等がおいてないので部屋でコーヒー等が飲めないのは残念だった。 朝食は下のkicten5というカフェバーが同じ経営でここで朝食を取れるが小さなホテルにしてはしっかりした美味しい朝食を提供してくれるし、最後にここでteeを飲んだら料金をサービスしてくれた。

An excellent choice for a few nights in Split! Great location, we had a lovely room with a great shower and a great view of the old square. All the staff we met were charming and helpful. 😊

A beautiful room facing the square. A simple breakfast with all the basics breads, cut, fruit, whole fruit, juices, cereals.. You can order either scrambled eggs or omelette.

Beware hotel room description is misleading. We had the studio suite and the description said '1 king bed/2 single beds and 1 queen bed'. However the room DOES Not have a queen bed, it is a very uncomfortable sofa bed. When we complained, staff blamed it on Hotel.com, but didn't really do anything it. Breakfast is awful - don't bother. Breakfast is next door to the hotel. Staff are rude, very limited choice, no explanation as to what is included in the breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, which were not cooked thoroughly and gave us a funny stomach. Toast was burnt, and when asked for another toast the second one was burnt again! However, location is amazing and extremely convenient. Hotel is spotless and room was very clean.

The room was very clean, staff was very helpful especially helping with parking which is 40 euros/day. The location is convenient and not far from the promenade

Perfect location right on the main Piazza and literally steps from the palace entrance. Just a super location and great sized rooms!

I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. Special thanks to Mario for shuttling us to and from the garage. The whole reception team for great communication from start to finish. Thank you so much!
