バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストしたが、バスタブはなかった。予約の回答で分かっていれば、他のホテルに変更できた。

重い荷物を持って狭い階段を通ってしか部屋にアクセスできない。エレベーターなど設備を検討下さい。

古い観光ホテルで、バーもあるしプールもあるし、建てられた当時は観光地のおしゃれな大型ホテルだったのだろうなという風情が感じられますが、いずれにしても設備は古いです。また、壁が薄くて隣の部屋のお子さんの声が響いてきました。ウィンダミアの駅からタクシーで6ポンド程度です。スタッフは親切です。

Room had great views. Generally clean although the electric heater had accumulated lots of dust which was not good for me with dust allergies. Breakfast was good.

Location was ideal, staff were lovely really welcoming and helpful.

Clean hotel, buffet breakfast. Small bar given the size of the hotel which closed early on a Saturday night. We had a lake view family room which was big and comfortable. However there was a drainage smell in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub are fabulous

Wanted a relaxing time nobody told us there was a disco on till 12 with really loud music gave us both headaches couldnt hearvthe tv and the floor was vibrating should of been told when bookingv

Excellent accessible room. Lots of space for wheelchairs, very relaxed atmosphere. Close to main street in Bowness but at the top of a very steep hill. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very dog friendly, basic room, but clean, with decent breakfast

Hotel room was very dated, carpet had a stain on it, tile in bathroom cracked. Not what we expected as cost £458 for two nights. Breakfast was good, with good variety. Location of hotel is good for walking to many bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t return based on cleanliness of the room. Another we never knew is you pay an additional fee to use the swimming pool. Have stayed in many hotels and never have I had to pay to use the facilities!

Receptionist chap. Was v patient. We swapped rooms 2 times and settled on the 3rd. Wish was fantastic. Bar staff were great too. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but breakfasts were great

We have been to this hotel before but it just seemed really disappointing this time. The staff seem very unwelcoming. They speak quickly in a condescending manner. The room was small and the hotel is generally dated. The breakfast was ok but cheap quality ingredients. They are charging for the car park and despite advertising spa facilities, you need to pay for this as well on top of the high price they charge for average rooms. Just disappointing!

Really great experience! Some areas were dusty and not quite as clean as I would expect for the price, but would stay again. Halls smelled a bit like that classic “old hotel” but the rooms did not have any unpleasant odor. Breakfast options were somewhat limited but all very good and we found them to be excellent quality compared to other hotels we stayed at on this trip (including ones that we paid for breakfast!) spa was lovely, and staff at the spa, restaurant, and front desk were all very friendly. Views were incredible from our balcony, and balcony was quite spacious.

Great stay at The Ro Hotel - beautiful hotel and particularly enjoyed our evening meal at the hotel's restaurant.
