Staff were efficient. Facilities good: microwave & fridge, toaster & kettle, & TV. A few different chairs. Mattress not great. Not far to drive into town. Walk to a restaurant. Good price.

Just like all other motels but everything was that little bit tidier and with all the little extras in the room

Large and comfortable rooms Extra homely decor like artworks, books , in each room . Very quiet area , friendly and kind staff . Super clean and comfy My second time here. This place is a real gem in Armidale

This is a fairly dated motel. We have stayed 4 times . The rooms are smalish but the beds are comfortable and everything you need is there. For the price it is great value.

We were made very welcome. Very helpful staff as we are elderly & even helped with luggage. Could have done with some cutlery instead of wooden cutlery. Would consider staying again
