Nice, quite, and beautiful location in the heart of wine country. Pool was nice but the pool attendant was GREAT! She made our stay a great one. Still don't like that our room isn't made up unless I know what time they should come at check in. Other than that, awesome time.

Lots of tranquility and close to Europa Village. I loved the vineyard patio access.

Everything was great except our bed's mattress. The middle of the bed was uneven so I suggest a new mattress.

Great view. Bathroom wasnt the one pictured but still was nice.

The location of Carter was perfect. Right in the middle of the wine scene. We loved that it was a small property.

Beautiful location.

The property was great , quiet, private,beautiful scenery and the staff was exceptional.The food options are limited during the week , no room service either. There is a free shuttle to go across the street to sister property.Food at the pool was excellant. The matresses and pillows were not good and need an upgrade . We had a very nice time

Absolutely breathtaking winery resort!

First time we’ve had a room not ready by check in time at 4. Beautiful place but for over $450 a night, breakfast or a free bottle of wine would make it much more worth it. I’ve stayed in many similar winery bungalows that after the fact you say that was worth it, not the same here. Pros-beautiful view, location next to wineries. Cons-no water pressure in shower and bed was a pull out couch. Not the most comfortable mattress. For that much money for me at least not worth the stay.

We had a pleasant stay overall! Check-in was quick and easy, and we loved the beautiful view of the vineyard from our room. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some updates. Still, the peaceful setting made for a relaxing visit.

Beautiful property

the property is beautiful. Rooms face vineyards. Very quiet. We have stayed here before, as we like to go to concerts at Thornton Winery which is 2 miles away. However, was disappointed this time, as one of our rooms was not ready even after check in time. Had to wait about an extra hour to get our room, as housekeeping was moving slow. Shower only had cold water. Room phone was broken/not working, so had to order breakfast from another room. This is a beautiful piece of property and so serene, but the rooms need remodeling.
