全体に過ごしやすかったです。治安がいいのと、風景のいい場所でした。近くにスーパーがあったのもよかったです。

Nothing wrong, very nice. Breakfast is plenty of foods so that you can satisfied them. I used this hotel for a congress at Alfândega do Porto. The place is located around 10 min-walk from this hotel. Very convenient for me and nice riverside hotel for both site seeing and a kind of works.

2日間でしたが、非常に綺麗でお値段もリーズナブルで快適に過ごせました。 また利用したいです。

Hotels.comで見た写真で眺望の楽しめるホテルかと思ったのですが、部屋もレストランも景色が楽しめる設計ではなく、期待は外れました。とても清潔で、スタッフの対応も丁寧で居心地は良かったです。街はずれでトラムがホテルの目の前から乗れるなど滞在には向く条件なのですが、病院が近いのか、一晩中サイレンの音が聴こえていました。

The staff were outstanding. They were always attentive and even acknowledged our wedding anniversary. The location is great for reaching the beach or the downtown. We will definitely stay here again. Love this hotel.

Really loved this hotel. It’s not super centric but the location is good enough to get to all the hotspots without much fuss. The staff were super kind and the rooftop was really nice. Loved it!

Localização, proximo a restaurantes, supermercado e transporte publico, a vista do rio douro e somente do terraço, bem pequeno, os quartos sao grandes e bem confortaveis, nao possuem vista para nenhum local. Cafe da manha de nivel internacional, padrao 4 estrelas, tem ate Champagne. Valor justo cobrado pelo nivel do hotel. indico aos brasileiros.

Un muy buen hotel, el personal es amable y atento, la habitación es de buen tamaño y limpia, creo que lo único es saber que no esta tan bien conectada a los sitios de interés por transporte público pero nada del otro mundo.

The location of the hotel was great. Our room looked out at the river, trams went by often and there is a grocery store less than a block away. The staff is excellent and was very helpful when my husband got sick and needed to go to urgent care. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, even a few gluten free/non-dairy items. The property could use some deep cleaning, especially the carpets. The road noise does get a bit loud. The room service menu was very limited.

This hotel's location is ideal. It's located close to public transportation, the hop-on hop-off bus stop, the mall, airport restaurants and city center. The staff is awesome...courteous and very helpful. Although centrally located it's very quiet and very scenic from the roof top. The amenities are excellent, and the breakfast selections are sufficient and tasty.

Good location for gettIng around, with bus & tram stops outside the hotel. We had a suite on the third floor which was very spacious and usable, if a bit tired. The only problem was as the hotel is on a main and busy road that runs along the river front so it’s very noisy, especially with motorbikes who seem to use it as a racetrack at night ! The breakfast is ok, not a huge choice but ok for us. We didn’t use the rooftop bar but it seemed lively at the weekends.

The location isn't the best suited within Porto. The bed wasn't the quality expected for a 4 star hotel. The first room I was given had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, below average
