部屋キーのシステムが故障していたのは残念であったが、スタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくれた。

Breakfast good

Cafetería services were awful and staff isn’t profesional. For the cost of services the complemtary coffee wasn’t at sure. Food was awful and got charged for a omelette that had nothing but just eggs. When we ask the attendant he said they forgot to mention there was no trimmings to make the omelet. I would not recommend the kitchen service at all. Cleaning lady was 5starr on her service. And si was the front desk. Kitchen not even a 1star. Sorry just being honest.

La alfombra de las habitaciones están horribles y súper sucias, las tuberías de la regadera y del lavamanos se tapan, las sábanas súper sucias, toallas deshilachadas, el personal del restaurante muy indiferente, pero el personal de la recepción y el chico que hacía las habitaciones muy amables. Las camas SÚPER incómodas y duras.

son varias las ocasiones que me he quedado en el hotel; nunca me había sucedido lo de esta estancia. se fue el servicio de agua en 2 ocasiones, por mas de 6 horas en cada ocasión, no me asearon el cuarto en 2 ocasiones. La estancia fue de 10 días. No hubo ni la atención o el esfuerzo por querer apoyar. El bano en muy malas condiciones de limpieza

El hotel está en muy buen lugar,pero las habitaciones están súper cochinas,alfombras súper sucias,toallas viejas y percudidas,cortina del baño vieja y sucia, l baño está sucio por todos lados,la verdad no se los recomiendo,lo único bueno es la fruta del desayuno y la locación,ya he ido dos veces por necesidad médica para mi esposa pero buscaré otras opciones

Friendly staff. No hot items like eggs or bacon or sausage for breakfast. You have to order and pay separately. Rooms do not have microwaves or kettles or anything to make tea/coffee. Otherwise the location is perfect. In the midst of lots of shopping and eating places.

La habitación estaba limpia, sin embargo, el baño olía mucho a humedad ya que no hay ventana y no servía el extractor de humedad. Olvidé una plancha de cabello a mi check out y aunque llamé al hotel, jamás la pude recuperar. El servicio en general es malo. Lo único bueno del hotel es que esta en una plaza, de ahí en fuera no me gustó nada.

I was issued a room on the 6th floor and when I got there, the room did not have running water. I raised the issue and kept being assured that it was being resolved till 10 p.m. when I finally demanded to be moved to another room. I was then moved to a room on the 2nd floor that had running water but no hot water that night. I only got hot water the next morning. The towels are old and thus can barely dry your body. The breakfast does not have some basic hot items like eggs or sausage that you would expect. This hotel was pretty okay about a year and a half ago when we last stayed, but has seriously deteriorated lately. The internet is also very slow. I had to use my cellular data roaming in order to actually be able to have teams calls. Otherwise the location itself is quite good.

Habitación muy cómoda, limpia, con un moviliario e iluminación agradable, moderno y acogedor. El personal muy amable y servicial. Lo que deben mejorar son los servicios que dan como propuesta de valor añadida. El desayuno buffet no es bueno, la máquina expendedora de café que es sin costo y supuestamente 24 hrs. Sin café, sucia, y cuando le preguntas al personal te dicen que ya no hay y ya no van a poner. Pides servicio a la habitación y te cobran el 15% extra por llevártelo, eso no molesta, lo molesto es que te llaman para que bajes a pagar porque si terminal no funciona y entonces pierde todo el sentido pedir a la habitación si de todas formas te van a obligar a salir.
