Bathroom and common areas are not the cleanest. Great location though.

Everything you expected. Nice and clean. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended.

Place was nice a near a lot of places. Only downfall were the mini splits in the room. Had to change room twice because the mini splits weren’t working but the staff was able to accommodate quickly.

I expected more but it was ok. The bathroom smelled like sewage. I’ve stayed in other city express hotels that were better.

Buena atención del personal, muy atento en todo momento, el desayuno es básico sencillo nada espectacular pero funcional, solo que el espacio es muy pequeño y aun así falta personal que atienda y limpie, todo lo demás muy bien.

Llegue hora y media antes de la hora del check in y pregunté si ya podía pasar, la chica de recepción me dijo que si pero que tenía que pagar media renta más Estuve casi dos horas en el lobby hasta que me dieron la habitación . La tele solo tiene ciertos canales no hay nada bueno y no te deja conectar tus dispositivos a las aplicaciones para ver algo El aire acondicionado se descompuso llame a recepción y que lo checaran Tuve que bajar para q uy e me dijeran que me cambian de habitación a otro piso La verdad muy mala experiencia Las de recepción muy nuevas todas y con el mismo diálogo bien aprendido

Our go to hotel in MTY. The staff is the best and breakfast is convenient. The area has many shops and good places to eat.

Todo muy bien, las instalaciones, las habitaciones, el desayuno, el personal, la ubicación, lo que no me agradó es el estacionamiento, el Mismo de la plaza, de hay en más todo estuvo excelente y claro que lo recomiendo

No hay servicio a la habitación (comida) desde hace algún tiempo. No saben cuando se va a reestablecer.

Breakfast good

Cafetería services were awful and staff isn’t profesional. For the cost of services the complemtary coffee wasn’t at sure. Food was awful and got charged for a omelette that had nothing but just eggs. When we ask the attendant he said they forgot to mention there was no trimmings to make the omelet. I would not recommend the kitchen service at all. Cleaning lady was 5starr on her service. And si was the front desk. Kitchen not even a 1star. Sorry just being honest.

Falta huevito en las mañanas

La alfombra de las habitaciones están horribles y súper sucias, las tuberías de la regadera y del lavamanos se tapan, las sábanas súper sucias, toallas deshilachadas, el personal del restaurante muy indiferente, pero el personal de la recepción y el chico que hacía las habitaciones muy amables. Las camas SÚPER incómodas y duras.
