I enjoyed tijuana. This hotel is convenient. near tijuana down town and easy to access San Diego.

We enjoy it. Place was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good a lot of different plates . For sure we will back next time when we are in town .

My experience at Hyatt Place Tijuana was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide an unexpected deposit that had not been clearly communicated in advance, which created an uncomfortable start to my stay. During check-in, the receptionist was wearing Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses with a built-in camera. This made me feel uneasy while my identification and payment method were being handled, as it raised concerns about guest privacy. The continental breakfast was acceptable overall, but many of the options were quite spicy, which may not suit guests with sensitive stomachs. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I really enjoyed how clean the establishment was. The staff is warm and friendly the breakfast is delicious 😋 I was initially put in a room on the 6th floor double beds. My reservation was for a king bed. I immediately informed the front desk staff this is not the room I made a reservation for. The staff quickly changed the room. I informed the staff that I had made my reservation early, how did this happen? I was told by the front desk staff that Expedia send the reservation over at the LAST MINUTE. SO no matter how soon you make your reservation Expedia do not send it over right away. This is good to know for future reference. So please keep this in mind when you are booking thru Expedia. Be diligent and direct

La habitación era bastante cómoda y espaciosa, con muchas opciones al rededor para comer y cenar y entretenimiento.

Buenas habitaciones espaciosas, personal muy amable y la comida en restaurantes muy buena.

From the moment you get there everyone greets you with a smile and are very proffesional. Even the chefs say hello and explain everything on the menu/ buffet, the best part for me was that the rooms were very quiet, love this place , our 4th time here and will keep coming back
