First impression is hospitality of staff. Helpful and always answer my question with smile. Location is also good. Cafes, restaurants and convenient store nearby. There are also Tuktuk and taxi drivers waiting nearby at almost all times. Room has good amenities but insufficient lighting. I stayed here in 2 different rooms. Despite them being of same room type, they have different layout with one having significantly better layout and amenities e.g proper bedside tables, bathtub, soap holder within reachable height. With that being said, I would not recommend a corner room. The biggest issue I had during my stay is that the room is NOT soundproof at all. I could hear when the room next door was opening the doors. Someone in the room above walking or moving chairs. But the worst is the street noise. Cars honking starts before 6am and that woke me up before dawn. I didn’t get good sleep during my stays at the hotel.

โรงแรมตกแต่งสวยบริการดี ทำเลดีมากมีร้านอาการพม่าใกล้ๆ รวมๆดีมากค่ะ Very unique hotel in the heart of Mandalay. Restaurant on the top floor is a piece of art! Usually the price is a bit higher than other hotels around but I got super good deal from package deal! Recommend!
