Good clean room, easy check-in, friendly staff, lots of parking. Only not 5 stars as the rooms do not have air conditioning and it was a heat wave when we stayed (should be noted that the hotel did not claim to have air-conditioning, we just weren't expecting the heatwave in May)

Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilation, chambre très petite, vacarme toute la nuit causé par les mouettes qui ont élu domicile sur le toit du bâtiment à côté de l’hôtel. Deux nuits sans vraiment dormir.

The hotel was very functional in providing accommodation for one night coming off the late ferry from Newhaven. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities good but the breakfast was rather basic. Access to the hotel and parking were excellent.

Personnel très accueillant, gentil et serviable , Chambre très propre comme le reste de l’hôtel Juste il manque la Clim mais on a ouvert la fenêtre donc pas dérangeant sauf les mouettes mais dans ce cas là on vien pas à Dieppe ein!! Super l’équipe continuez et aussi super petit déjeuner très très bon

Was very nice overall and the only complaint would be the rugs were very outdated and stained. Staff was nice, room nice and very breakfast.

Parking aisé. Petit déjeuner simple, cher pour la qualité offerte (oeufs brouillés en sachet)

Breakfast well laid out & plentiful

The location is situated within very easy reach to and from the port. It's easy to find and there is a car park. Staff speak some English for those who struggle with French. Breakfast is excellent and theyceven offer gluten free bread. The rooms are clean and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Sweets too...a nice touch.

L'etablissement se trouve a environ 45 minutes de marche de la gare (tout en montant) et accessible en transport en commun dans un parc industriel entoure du restaurant La Boucherie, Mcdonald's et epicerie Lidl. Si vous voulez eviter les prix du centre-ville c'est un excellent choix. Les photos exterieures ne font pas honneur a l'hotel. J'ai eu une chambre premium au deuxieme etage et elle etait magnifique. Excellent accueil et petit dejeuner copieux. C'etait mon premier sejour dans un Brit hotel et j'y retournerai certainement. Je vous le recommande.

The room and property fit our dollar expectations. However, even at a modest price, a room in my view should have a hair dryer of some sort. My wife found the sink soap dried her hands uncomfortably. The driest soap she has experienced. But, we had our own emergency soap.
